We ate breakfast here and it was a lovely dining experience. Quaint peaceful atmosphere. Coffee and food were delicious. We had the bacon bagel and the big breakfast. Plated presentation was well done, and overall recommended for a morning breakfast.

This place was a fairly nice establishment for me and THE KIDS YA KNOW ME AND THE KIDS Arrived at this place. Afterwards we decided to enter the store and BROWSE the little things they had to offer TO ME AND THE KIDS. WE ENded up ordering SOME GOOD TUKKA and indulged in CONSUMING this GOOD TUKKA. But then, i took a sip from my can of coke.only to find out it was EVIL COKE! I then decided to have a go at the PAINTBALL machine they have to offer at the establishment BUT then terrance MY YOUNGER child DIDNT LIKE IT.he lost the game.but.he wasnt a good boy anymore.well not after this HAHAHAH!

Food was ok, nothing mind blowing but not terrible. A little annoying that our meals didn’t get brought to us at the same time after being asked if that was what we wanted, probably wouldn’t have minded otherwise but if you offer something, it’s nice to deliver on it.

Overall, not a bad spot for a quick bite.

Lost a customer of 9 years.

Spent $60+ for a scheduled Uber fact-tree delivery that never came. First fact tree got the order wrong by trying to send it an hour early. When asking them to send it for the time I asked, they were unhelpful and got Uber to call me to tell me fact tree had cancelled my order, 12 minutes before I needed it.

I asked for another delivery driver, who turned up with nothing in hand. It was just a scam to show they had “attempted” to deliver something.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 9 years but you will never see me again. Horrific.

Unfortunately an unenjoyable experience. As you walk in, the cafe is extremely dirty and ruins the whole experience from the marks on the walls to the dirty floors. Everywhere you look is thick layers of dust. A 50 minute wait time for food did not add to the experience, when we asked the staff how long the food would be they kept saying 5 minutes but long behold we had to wait longer and longer every time. The tomato sauce bottle looks like it hasn’t be changed in over 10 years, food very average would hate to see the state of the kitchen -will definitely not be returning.

This is a great cafe by Sunnynook Park. They've got a great staff and will take care of you.

Amazing customer service, requested a eggs Benedict with fully cooked eggs and they came as asked. Hot and safe for my pregnant partner, only restaurant who followed the request perfectly, cheers!

Our fave local, have been coming for years. The food is amazing! And as a non coffee drinker I love the ginger latte. Great service and nice staff.

Fact-Tree serves delicious brunch meals that are affordable and good serving portion. Staff has always been friendly and attentive. They are one of our go-to cafés in the North Shore. Weekends can be quite busy for them. Must try: Horseradish Creamy Mushroom and Seafood Chowder. They serve great coffee too!

This morning will be my last every coffee I will get from them, been supporting them over lock down & their coffee just never improves and what put me over the edge is just taste so diluted & all I can taste is milk, would not return again!

Huge portions! This is our favorite local Cafe. Great service, great coffee and really HUGE portions.
