When my Dad passed away and I found out my Mum was going to be pulling off all of his trophy plaques so the trophies could be reused, I knew I wanted to do something to display all of them alongside his cue stick. It was difficult trying to find a place who framed cue sticks specifically, then I came across Factory Frames and I am so glad I did. I sent my enquiry and from there they made my vision come to life.

The absolute care and service I received was unbelievable and I cannot thank the team and Amanda enough for your patience, advise and being able to customise such an amazing piece for me and my family to appreciate my dads passion for this sport for all the years to come.

Busy Rosedale area but close to roundabout for driving. Parking at the door. Walked to back of shop where older woman just finished serving another. She didn’t smile and I’m not sure she even said hello.just stared at me. Awkward! So I asked for framing options for two graduation certificates. She was perfunctory, and I had to ask questions without any idea of what the result could be. In the end, I chose off the shelf for the smaller one and custom for the larger degree.

Maybe she was having an off-day, but I don’t like feeling uncomfortable while shopping. This would’ve been a 2star if not for the text reminder and the nice young lady at pick-up.

I've been using Factory Frames for over 20 years, and they never fail to provide fabulous, knowledgeable, friendly service. I always come away incredibly happy with anything I have had custom framed or any frames and mats they supply. We're so lucky to have them on the Shore.

Fabulous service; great knowledge of colours/frame combinations. Excellent end products x 2; I have 3 more to bring in soon for framing.

Service can be mixed depending on who you get but products are decent value for money. Great for custom framing jobs.

Backing of full length mirror keeps going mouldy- am going to have to discard. Disappointing.

Have a print to reframe into non
reflective glass there before Christmas. Very happy with their efficiency, attitude and the product outcome.

Ordered framing glass cut to size through email and item ready next day. Customer service great with quick response to questions.

Great place for high quality frames at a decent price. Also has a selection of mats or can cut to order with a large selection of colours. Better option than going to one of the discount sheds

I intended to get a plain frame but it looks so wonderful I've spent the extra, it lifts the picture to another level. There was no pressure at all.

Amazing in-store experience - knowledgeable staff happy to help with individual requirements for a custom project at short notice late on a Friday. Team members even proactively helped entertain the kids while I sorted out measurements, which was much appreciated! Very reasonable prices and very happy with the finished results.

These people really know what they're doing, and if you're unsure, can advise you or make suggestions. They also have a great range of stock frames at very reasonable prices, if you don't need or want bespoke framing. Best framing on the shore.
