Factory Frames

I want to specifically mention Sharon at the Lunn Ave, Mt Wellington store. Sharon is always so helpful with suggestions for framing, colours and what would look good. Sharon has helped me a lot as I am not very good at this sort of thing. Most recently she did a truly spectacular job with a custom framing of a piece of art work done by my great grandmother. Sharon is a huge asset to this company.

Great place to get your art framed, a wide range of framing options, good prices, fast framing and knowledgeable staff.

Great advice on which frame to select, friendly team and I was very happy with result. Various costs enabled me to choose a frame that fitted my budget. I highly recommend Factory Frames.

Unfortunately, will be my last visit here, plenty of staff around, but couldn't get anyone to serve me, even though they weren't busy, very disappointing service, as this has been my go to place for years, but will shop my local framers from now on

Yesterday my friend and I went to Factory Frames in Lunn Ave to pick up an embroidery that was being framed for her. When we arrived and were getting out out the car, one of the staff, a lady by the name of Trish came out tof the shop to help my friend get out of the car. You see, my friend has a disability that means she needs a walker. At the end of our shopping the same lady came out to help my friend to get back in the car, while I Ioaded the walker in the back seat. I must say that I have never had anyone give that sort of help before. What an amazing lady. Well done Trish. You are a gem

Awesome service, the framers are experts in what looks best as I haven't got an eye for it. Totally recommend.

This place is genuinely outstanding. Not only are they incredibly cheap, but I have always found the staff very helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate. I have bought a lot of off the wall and custom frames from here over the last half dozen years, and no where else I have been to comes close. I used to live nearby, but now I am happy to make the drive across Auckland to come here. Could not recommend more.

Great, polite service from the staff and framer, (both masked). Meticulous measuring for new frames and they were able to replace broken glass in an existing frame. Really happy and we will be back to get photo prints done soon.

3.5 stars/5. They need to improve on customer service. A simple 'hello' is all that's needed to start the conversation. There were several young staff when I went in and no one offered to help. It puts you off shopping. Good range of frames though.

Have been coming to Factory Frames for years now, amazing quality and they always offer great service.

The review I left yesterday was removed, will be therefore be changing this to 1 star.

Have had a lot of my framing done at this store, sometime the service is great, other times staff are really rude.

On a quiet Monday, staff showed alot of disinterest in my request, one even commenting to a colleague, "it is well past my break" which made me feel awful!

When I did purchase something the staff member that put through my order didn't greet me or even say please or thank you!

Last time I will be going here before I hear of an improvement.

Initially the assistant did not fill me with confidence. Was not careful with my oll on canvas. But the picture was fit for hanging after the skilled workers had finished. Happy in the end.

Poor quality framing, they left white lint behind the glass and when they took the back off to remove it they buckled the artwork. The print is now hanging loose behind the matt. It was expensive at $212 for a 52 cm square frame with a single matt. I wouldn't mind the cost of they had done a professional job. If you have a valuable art work please go to a professional framer, not Factory Frames.

The young gentleman who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped find frames for my cross stitch and they are perfect.

Unhelpful and made measurement errors. A complete contrast to the north shore branch. I've had two bad experiences here so I will not return.

Excellent price, service and speed. Really happy with my uni degrees being framed and was great to get given support with choosing the frame and backing paper. Also has some stunning mirrors in the shop!

Came in 25 minutes before closing time (like the most annoying customers do) needing a poster framed, and managed to choose a frame, select the right mount, have it cut to size and then fitted before 5pm. And then they helped me to my car! I don't normally write reviews, but I was really impressed with the fact I was able to get everything done so quickly due to them providing such helpful service.
