Nice machines and easy to pay and good parking in the front and the back of the Laundromat. Best washing machine and dryers.

It was my first time to visit the place. Parking is available just outside. Heaps of dryer and washing machine. Clean and good prices too. There is a cctv camera. They have an eftpos machine.

Today the power went out in the laundrymat. Everyone washing and dryer was reset. We couldn't back on. I messaged the contact number and I asked if they could come in. So managed pay again but so unhelpful. Can't control the weather but what you can control is coming in and helping people out especially during this time of covid. I rang first but respected the text only emergency.

Getting a little grubby and worn. New owners maybe. No staff anymore which kept the machines and space very clean.

This is the best laundromat I go to… it’s very clean always attended and staff are very nice! I will always come here when needing to wash my big blankets and sheets. Fair price too

So glad to have found a good laundromat that is manned and accepts onsite payment rather than having to buy a payment card in a separate location.

This laundromat is probably the best if not in Glen Innes, then on the EASTSIDE Always clean and tidy, Affordable prices, both washers an dryers. No noticeable funky smells. However have noticed theyve had staff problems, so opening on time has been an issue lately, but im sure once theyve worked that out, things will resume back to normal. Keep up the great work guys!

Affordable pricing, if I'm in a rush can get my laundry serviced cost less then $3. Always clean, very busy especially around the winter season. Friendly staff, fast service and very helpful.

Went for the first time at this place. The guy at the counter guided me so well to operate the machine.it was good to see how a single staff was managing a big laundromat, from cleaning to attending customers. Great experience with the helpful staff.

First time going here. I paid for a hot wash cycle and I pressed start on the washing machine however noticing it was washing it on cold. I asked for a partial refund and the sales man responded "no customers fault" and that I needed to change the setting. 1. No signs around telling you to do that. 2. Im paying for a service I'm not getting. 3. Poor service. Never going back

An excellent laundromat. Lots of new machines, spotlessly clean, friendly staff and great WIFI.

Lots of machines that all seem very new/well maintained. Even on a Sunday afternoon we didn't have to wait. The big machines easily fit our duvet.

New machines, old technology. Nothing special. Big place, lots of machines. Clothes still come out somewhat moldy smelling.
Pricing is ok. No quality wash here.
