I was impressed from the first contact. Liam was very responsive and has very clear visibility of his/his team’s capacity. Oliver showed up on time and was very professional. He got the job done promptly and very neatly too. Would highly recommend Liam and Oliver.

In terms of service, Liam is very responsive via email and provided some advice without needing to come out and charge.

When I did need some work done the job was scheduled efficiently via email for the next day and Oliver arrived on time and sorted things out quickly and professionally.

In terms of price, I cannot comment, I have nothing to compare it to.

I called Liam at about 9.30am on Friday he said he could come the same day 11am. 10.30am he arrived. I showed Liam my 3 maintenance jobs, leaking shower, leaking toilet, noisy hot water. About 1.5hrs later & 5 new parts (which were in his vehicle) my problems were solved. Choice.

Highly recommended. The first time we have used Fairfield Plumbing and we will continue to use them (we have a long list of plumbers we won't). Liam was very patient with advice and changing appointment times while WaterCare decided who was responsible for fixing the leak. Oliver completed the job within a reasonable time and cost. We’ve used Fairfield Plumbing twice now. Made appointments with Liam and both times his guys arrived on time, performed their tasks efficiently and at a reasonable cost. You can’t ask for more than that so I highly recommend them to prospective customers.

Several calls to this plumber and not even once that someone retuned my call. Quite disappointed to be ignored. If you don't need my business, I do not need yours too. Update: just got a call from the plumber and he denied receiving any calls from me. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT HE DIDN'T EVEN ASK IF HE COULD HELP!

Had a minor job with the kitchen tap leaking sometimes. Arranged the appointment for when I was on leave. Heemi turned up early! Turned out I needed a new tap but Heemi had one in his vehicle so all accomplished in one visit. Excellent to deal with and will use them again when I have any plumbing needs.

We have used Fairfield plumbing on a number of occasions. They are friendly, efficient and great value for money, delivering an excellent service with no hassles.

Would don't use again and wld not recommend.super expensive charging $760 to replace valve in a in wall cistern and simply replace a waste dosposal that I supplied. 5 hrs labour and part charged 192.90 +get when I cld purchase retail for $110.00! Be aware!
