3We had our entire house done with Fairview, and unfortunately it has been a massive disappointment. From incorrect measurements, to poor quality/damaged finish across various windows/doors. Since installation, we have had Fairview out about 5 times to replace seals, door rollers, front door lock and even glass! While they have attempted to fix some of these issues, no responsibility was taken for incorrect measurements which we had to pay our builders to resolve. Very disappointed.
Nice product, but good luck if you have any problems. 2 parties involved- one blames the other and vice versa, so we have ongoing problems that we have not been able to resolve. Pretty disappointing considering what we spent.
Its the putting right that counts. Our build was very remote, was very unique and had some complexities. Although we had some issues Scott and his team made sure that they did every they could to get the job right.
