49Ask the staff for help, they are happy to oblige. Big store with agood range and lots of specials. And they are getting ready for Xmas (always).
Don't go to Clarins counter, the staff wants you to spend more money to get the gifts even you are eligible to get the gifts with purchase. Misleading me as well.
Had tried three times to go and buy smalls. Always got caught out with going on the wrong late night. No staff around as skeleton staff by the looks of it. Had a lady measure me for bra size however she was very busy so with that knowledge I found all the bras that appealed that was my size and tried about a dozen on to come out with two. I hope things picks up for them.
Any retailer in this day and age who doesn't offer cash refunds on online orders does not deserve your business. Will not purchase again.
I'm a person of color and it felt like the staff were following us around.wasnt comfortable in the store to be honest.
Disappointed with selection of affordable, fashionable women's wear during recent summer sales. However, the selection of makeup and beauty care brands is worth the money.
A superb range of men’s clothing for reasonable prices. Offers are also something to keep in mind. Clothing for kids is extremely overpriced, but the quality is decent and there are clothes for all occasions. Overall, a typical department store with helpful staff.
Actually a pleasant experience. The staff member I dealt with was helpful and cheerful. Good to see.
It's an alright store. Store is not very spacious its quite cramped, layout could be improved. There shouldn't be facial care upon entrance. However can find some good prices.
Raced into the store for one item. No other customers around requiring to purchase yet it took the two assistants several minutes before they served me.
Love Farmers! They had thin Lizzy representative Rita selling products. Best day. I bought package was needing foundation and concealer and got extra bits free. Thanks again Farmers and Rita. God bless. Keep up the good work. ️
Farmers is fantastic - they offer you a FREE bag to put your items in when you shop with them. Now that's what I call taking care of your customers. Well done Farmer's in valuing your customer experience.
I was helped by Amanda in the skincare department. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely go back for my next top up. Friendly and professional service with a variety of products.
I tend to think of this as a smaller Farmers department store, but I still end up buying from here quite a bit, so it must have some sort of strange attraction!
As soon as i stepped 1 foot in the place i got bombarded with sales people left right & centre.really off putting, i knew what i wanted but because of that i walked straight back out
Didn't get help when I was trying to tell them that my gift cards for lost but had my names on them.sheèsh.
Great store, full range products offered. Friendly staff. Convenient location being at the centre of Mall. Two levels space to browse from. Recommend a visit.
On my way out of Auckland after a delicious brunch at Triniti of Silver Cafe I popped into Farmers to look at perfumes. The shop assistant was very helpful and very professional. I am quite satisfied with my purchase although I did spot it a little bit cheaper at the airport lounge. Still I am happy.
Consistent quality and range in a convenient location. Better than Queen St store. Made many great purchases here over 20 years.
