Farmers Albany

Excellent service - didn't have what we wanted they offered to get it in but we chose to drive to Albany.

It's the best store I have ever been in recently. Absolutely immaculatel, plenty of stock, lots of Christmas specials, and friendly staff as well.

Never seems to be enough staff in an area of clothing or children's wear only staff manning tills

My Wife tells me this shop always has what she is after, must admit I have never walked passed so many bra stands, the selection.

When checking out the toys, the old blonde cashier was very unfriendly and didn't respond to my greetings. I was disappointed with her rudeness. The old blonde female employee needs to be trained in customer service.

Went albany farmers last night at estee lauder counter. The lady SHARON was great, helped me alot and gave us amazing customer service:)

Bought a couch the other day.staff were great especially because my friend cant wear a mask and has a medical exemption.most places have been ok but staff here went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.thank you, so much, particularly to Shaun.we was such a gentleman.

My child has been accused of looking like she was a shop lifter in her college uniform and I was accused of receiving a stolen gift card that I was gifted for my birthday so I do not shop here ever. Do not know why it was suggested to rate but that's my rating.

Went there in the morning, Prestige staff are not welling to help when i ask questions, even there were only a few customers in the shop.

I usually love Farmers and the clothing for older girls especially the brand "switch, " but at the moment, not many things have changed and there's just the same clothes and nothing amazing. The makeup is very expensive and all that stuff but it is good quality most of the time.

Was looking to buy 2 x Lancome Absolue gift sets, other Farmers store staff checked the system they have 2 x sets in stock. When I managed to find the SA, one of the ladies told me stock level could be wrong or stolen (?) and walked off. She apparently is not interested in selling me anything and shocking excuses. A stock take or a staff review is overdue, managers: your staff does not care for over $1000 value of "stock loss"

Consistently friendly staff, good range of products and good discounts. Was able to buy Puma sport clothes with a 30% discount and did not have to deal with unfriendly teens at Rebel Sport.

Loved the layout, the staff were lovely, we did have 1 lady not know what she was doing but we eventually got there. Went on a day there was a sale we didnt know about so was awesome:)

I received amazing service from the Albany store today. I was having trouble locating an item and the the manager went above & beyond to help me out. Can't thank him and his team enough.

Always love visiting here as there is your usual array of shops, including a supermarket and food court. Parking is easy and the aisles have large letters at the end so you can find your car later when you're tired!

Me and my husband had the worst experience with Farmers Albany perfumer corner and its customer service. This morning around 10: 30 we arrived at Farmers to purchase Chanel perfume and the elderly blonde lady treated us very rude from the beginning. We wanted to make sure we are getting the correct model of perfume and thus asked the lady three times and she confirmed that it was the one we were looking for. We purchased the perfume and opened the packaging right away and figured out that it was not the one we looked for.

We went back to that lady, told her that it was an incorrect one and thus, we would want to change it to a correct one. She started shouting at us saying that she is an old lady, and thus she can not remember all the details of the products displayed. She also said that we should not be coming to Farmers perfume section and that we must go to a Chanel store if we want to purchase Chanel perfume. She then shouted at us again that we need to pay more as the correct one costs more.

She did not apologise nor provided any explanations and kept shouting at us that she is upset. We could not believe how unprofessional and insulting she and her service was.

We decided not to purchase anything and requested a refund. She refused that it can only be changed to a voucher. We have asked other staff around the store for help, but no one wanted to resolve the situation.
The manager then came and processed the voucher refund, but she did not say a word at all as well.

We have traveled four hours to purchase the perfume and it was supposed to be a gift from my husband and this lady has ruined our whole day. We feel shocked, discriminated, and disappointed at the level of service that Farmers Albany provide to its customers. We will never be going back there and I hope no one will experience the same thing in the future.

I didnt enjoy being spoken to rudely. When a certain staff member in the lingerie section gave me Covid specific instructions she spoke to me like i had the disease. Not pleasant at all. You need to work on your customer service! I felt like i had done something wrong.

Good selection, high prices. Only buy if on sale, don't worry, if it's not on sale today, it will be next week.

Really helpful lady in the men's department. Purchased 2 pairs of pants and walked out in one of them.
