Make up section is amazing here unfortunately that is where it stops the perfume section is horrible and so are the staff that work here the perfume section is so small you can hardly move and it's stupid that you are only allowed in some section but not in others why have the layout like that you can only browse a small amount of wait long time to be served they need to change the layout so it's easier

This review is of Jane in the perfume department at Botany Town Centre Farmers. I bought stuff from the toys and men’s department which I was happy with but once I reached the perfumes I had a unpleasant experience with this woman. She was watching me and hovering around me which wasn’t the problem but when I asked for her help and she decided to talk to me rudely about spraying the perfumes I had had enough. I told her not to be so rude and you need to talk to customers better.
She’s a short haired Asian woman. Nothing to do with anything but I got her name which was Jane and decided I wasn’t going to get the $274 bottle of Jadore because I am not going to pay for bad service. My partner can take me to another store where hopefully the service will be more palpable. Merry Christmas Everyone

Nice new look store dont shop here much due to poor parking and too busy. Older staff are very friendly. Quick shop best to go super early

I bought from Clinic at Farmers. Zoe who is in charge of Clinic brand gave me a very good and complete consultation about what is the best for my skin and my face. She is very friendly, professional and patient. She gave me a free sample from Clinic brand. I highly recommend you to try this brand and talk with Zoe.will definitely go back to buy again.

Store layout is fantastic and staff are friendly however the store is not conducive to shoplifting. Once you pocket something your in a world of trouble, loss prevention officers come running and the exits are to far away.

Very poor customer service i spoken to Mana she was the worse person i spoken to so rude and shouting this is not the way how farmers used to be, Mana spouse to leave this job according to her way with customer, rubbish!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Renovations going on at the moment but won't disrupt the customer. I like the way they moved things together as everything seems to flow better than before

I came to the store with my mom after we saw Huda's story about free lipsticks last Friday. She supposed to leave at 5 pm but instead, she chose to stay much longer to assist us
We felt bad for taking her time but she insisted that our satisfaction is most important

I had an important event to attend yesterday but unfortunately, my makeup artist cancelled on me

I came to your store to see if there was anyone that could do my makeup. I walked in obviously panicking and worried, looking like a hot mess. I left there all glammed up, total surprise. I got lucky and had my makeup done by the best makeup artist in the whole of New Zealand

Huda the YSL manager was there for me not only to calm me down but also to make me look fabulous. I have never felt more confident in my looks and I bought everything she used

I went to buy perfume from the ysl counter the lady there was very patient and extremely sweet, I had to turn my head to look at her name which is Huda
I walk slowly I had to apologise to her, she said do not worry at all with a smile, very comforting really
a polite lady she speaks in a low voice and good manner I loved my experience at farmers botany and I left very happily after I finally found under-eye corrector and my foundation shade with huda’s help

Amazing service, Instagram Celebrity artist called Huda Fode working at ysl counter I walked directly to her on Saturday asked for help and she ended walking me through every counter
I bought what she recommended to me because she is an expert and I love what she’s doing online

Ok, store ticking over, plenty of staff floating about, not in full sale but plenty of special deals to take advantage of.

They were helpful in the exchange of a item too large, plenty of stock, and easy to find a store member to ask questions

I visited farmer Botany, I have purchased these products from my experience using this product for many years in Dubai, it was the best from YSL counter where there was a lady called Huda in farmer Botany mall. I was intrigued from her experience and she teach me how to try this new product as anything that claims to help tackle fine lines and wrinkles I want to try it! Who doesn’t? ! Huda was very nicely to explained for me about it, I found the product to be very moisturising making my skin feel hydrated, firmer and radiant. Will be looking forward to continuing the use of those product to banish those fine lines and wrinkles with help from deep cleaning top secret, night serum and hydra bounce lotion. Amazing super soft texture and fresh scent.thank you so mush beautiful Lady Huda I hope all retail sales like her.

Easy to get to plenty of parking and they now have caught up with the 21st century and provide customers with a paper carry bag like they used to years ago

Very low customer service. I've been ignored by staff members for 20 minutes until I went straight to them to find out that they don't have the product I came for. Would be great if I could be at least acknowledged, not ignored.

After a bad morning I decided to go to farmers botany, just browsing. I walked through the YSL counter where there was a lady called Huda in Botany mall, who I got to know is a professional makeup artist and skincare adviser and not just a retail sales lady, I say this from my experience with others who sell other products and they are not honest with their advice “only to sell” and they do not have enough knowledge about the product they are selling. She stood there listening to me complaining about my morning and offered me a facial treatment to get me to relax. Huda️ has the best most beautiful blue eyes and she put in so much effort to make me feel better. My skin looked fresh and was so glowing so I ended up buying everything she used.
I just want to say thank you Farmers and YSL for hiring such a professional amazing lady like Huda to help with great advise I hope she’s always success and happiness as she made me happy.
