The lady’s at this farmers need to have a lesson to be taught how to be slick on assisting people who are “ Stealing“

Farmers westcity is small, mainly toys, cosmetic and clothing. Very limited kitchen accessories and appliances. But overall the layout over two floor is pleasantly to shop.

Terrible customer service. Went in today to go get a refund for a product I bought a week ago and has barley been used once, as I needed the money urgently for university textbooks. Store manager came and pulled me aside to her office, and made me feel threatened.she told me "you take your product back or I'm going to call security". I've never had this kind of experience. Manager at Westfield farmers is does not deserve the position she has.horrible experience will be letting others not to go!

Huge ranges of products on display in extremely well lighted facilities.
Extensive clothing ranges at reasonable prices - menswear clearly defined zone with racks of size small to xxl for ease of selection (clean, tidy fitting rooms).
Kitchen and home appliances nestled in close proximity - but challenging to find some items eg cheese cutter models amongst "their brand" (6m apart) rather than adjacent or close.
Pleasant, helpful and friendly team members 'findable' and at appointed sales and service hubs.

Very bad customer service specially at the payment counter. Experienced bad customer care service and had to see the attitude of one of the staff at the counter. Very much disappointing experience.

Lovely pleasant service by the nightshift worker and picked up a few bargains from their specials. A nice, clean, friendly store. Recommended!

It's ok, staff aren't very attentive and are few and far between. But it's Farmers so easy enough to navigate without too much assistance

Always great stuff in Farmers and I always check the sales or clearance racks as you'll often save 50% or more and it's generally better products than some of it's cheaper looking competitors.

Great shopping.friendly staff. Good when using my Farmers card in which I have had for 25yrs. Good specials daily. Not as cheap but good quality.

Farmers had big sale, and brought myself a beautiful top at a bagain price, staff very helpful

Hardly any stock in of what I was needing n no staff around to ask where things were terrible

Good department store. When their products are 'on sale', better grab something as most of their products are of good quality.

The lady at the purfume area was helpful but I didn't like that they had no cell phone reception in the store. I missed an important phonecall.

You can always find a good deal in Farmers. The staff in Henderson are so helpful and friendly.

This is a small Farmers and does not have the range of a larger shop, but okay for a quick shop.

I wanted to say thank you to the wonderful staff and assistance in this store. I had big issues with my Dyson hot and cold heater I got from Farmers but they loaned me a heater while the useless Dyson company work to either fix or finally approve to replace mine. Thank you to Mel the store manager for bearing with me before closing and helping me and my family out. Side note, never buy that heater guys, not worth $700 (just get a normal $150 heater instead at least they replace without a hassle)!

Friendly staff.products in lingerie and clothing to be displayed better.you also have to walk to the entire tail end of the store for underwear and shoes.
