Trash environment with unfair price of the food and they even charge extra fee for non public holiday and tell me that I can leave if I have problem with that and I even get food poison upon eating their seafood dish

Went last night for the first time. Was a great experience. I was very sleepy and too lazy to cook so late at night (9: 30pm), these guys were the hit. I got braised pork which came out super fast along with some skewers. My husband really liked the look of the grilled chives so he ordered 5, the staff were nice enough to double check if we really needed 5! We definitely did not as 1 was plenty. Awesome place ️ best katsu, milkshake and beers are served in an iced mug

It's usually delicious every time we go, but sometimes we ordered noodle it comes out very, very late after eating all the foods

Over priced place for BBQ, food is average.

Great places to go. Nice food good service and value for money. Never have received a bad dish here.

Defs worth trying

Good place to go for a late night meal. Anything ordered over all the visits made (over 3 years) did not disappoint. Very fairly priced and their staff are friendly. I recommend this place no doubt

I can't believe they are charging 15% extra on a non-public holiday. Tomorrow is the public holiday, not today.

The worst customer service I have ever had!
Today when we ordered, we said to cancel a dish clearly, and the stuff agreed with us. But later she still served us that dish anyway. At that time, we told her we already canceled this dish again. But she just keep saying “you must have ordered the dish”, with no apology. She was keep emphasizing that it was our problem, but not hers.
So we were forced to pay for the dish and had it.
I understand that there may be some misunderstanding in this process. But as a customer service provider, you should put yourself in the shoes of the customers instead of keeping arguing with the customers.
I will never come back again.

今天我们点餐的时候，明明说要取消一道菜，店员也同意了。但后来她还是给我们上了这道菜。当时我们又告诉她我们已经取消了这道菜。但她只是不停地说“你一定点了这道菜”，没有道歉的意思。她一直强调这是我们的问题，而不是她的。
所以我们被迫付了钱，吃了它。
我理解在这个过程中可能会有一些误会。但是作为一个客服人员，你应该设身处地的为客户着想，而不是一直和客户争论不休。
我再也不会来这里了。

We were sat at the table 3. Our table was sticky and dirty like you could see marks of some cups or bottles of drinks. But the staff didn’t clean it and just put the menu on the table.
After we ordered, we kept a menu book just in case we ordered more later. And the restaurant got busier and a female staff casually took our menu without asking us or even looking at us. We would have happily agreed for her to take the menu if she asked us.
Food-wise, I don’t recommend the basic ‘beef’ skewers bc it’s too chewy. ‘Beef tongue’ was tasty. And I don’t recommend ‘lamb’ if you like lamb because if its scent. Their lamb is too subtle that I couldn’t tell it was lamb.
Once we finished dinner, we wanted to try their slot machines. My husband tried to change a $10 note into coins with their change machine. But nothing came out so he asked a male staff who seemed like the owner there for help. And he suddenly told my husband off aggressively saying “Don’t use $10! Only $50 or $100! ” But there was no warning about it near or on the machine.
I would never recommend this place to my loved ones.

Is this worth $43.50?

I ordered to take away:

4 lamb skewers
4 beef skewers
5 chicken skewers
3 tendon skewers
2 beef tongue skewers
1 can of coke

From the zomato menu I calculated this to cost around $30. Aparently the prices are wrong? I don't know. If you're thinking of getting takeaway here ask yourself whether the photo represents a meal worth $43.50. Food oily and cold. I was shocked at how even after ordering this much, the boxes were barely half full even considering that I had ordered a few days earlier and we received much more food then I have this time. Definately won't return.

It’s funny to see a gambling room set inside of a restaurant. Fat Boys made it happen! (Although we don’t like gambling at all)
The place is always busy no matter weekday night or weekends (so hard to find a seat without booking)

I wouldn’t say their skewers are all amazing, but it’s really tasty with reasonable price. Grab a beer, good amount of skewers, it’s only $30 pp.

? ? - we just recently tasted it and felt regretful why didn’t we eat it before? ! It’s crispy, a bit sweet, not too oily.we quite like it. This time we came back for it!
? ? - another reason for us came back. It’s $4 (? Couldn’t remember clearly) with a deep fried full chicken frame! If you are frugal with food budget, definitely go for it. The joy is tear the meat from the frame. Yum!

Succulent lamb and green beans are my favourite.
Flounder was nicely seasoned.

Was a bit of an odd experience as the outside of the place makes it seem like a typical English pub but once inside its very different. It even has Guinness signs outside but doesn't have it on tap inside. The place was pretty sticky and unclean, and the glasses which our beers were poured into smelled a bit. It is good value though for drinks, but we didn't try the food. Mostly just weird how the outside of the place doesn't reflect the inside at all.

Delicious grilled skewers. Best of all, OPEN UNTIL 2AM. Itemize your bill, could be wrong sometimes.

Always goes before my friend got pregnant, I worked in Albany 3 days a week and we went at the least twice a week. Fat boy it like our after work dinner place no matter it was 6pm or 10pm, always hot food with great service! Yes my Guinness too yummy. Those photos was took last weekend just before third lockdown lucky us yeah?

Sometimes good sometimes bad, Different quality every time, it's like buying lottery you never know the quality until you ordered.

They made us move after seating us to a filthy table, didn't even wipe it down. There were 6 of us, they only gave us 2 menus. Ordered Guinness which is on their signage. 20 minutes later they told us they didn't have any. We left. Found out that Lyon has pulled Guinness from them for cleanliness standards. Won't be back.
