Mark came to do a house inspection on the same day I called him. I was panicking because the auction had been moved forward by two weeks and I had only seen the house two days before. Mark was prompt, friendly, and very helpful in explaining the issues. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient and informative. The written report was thorough and helped me know what I would be getting into if I bought the house. I really appreciated his excellent service. Thanks Mark!
