I've been with finance now for over 10years plus nd I've never let them down. So if you want to make a loan or purchase nd item from a store that goes through finance now this is the way to go, providing you give them all your details nd leave nothing behind, be honest nd truthful to them nd once approved pay off quickly whatever the purchase maybe. So out of all finance company out there I will stay with finance now, there friendly, helpful nd they will try there best to help providing you give them all the information you have are correct nd true. So FINANCE NOW is for me nd my family

Have had multiple interactions through phone, email and online chat and each time has been great with friendly staff and fast service.
Website and e-money are nice and easy to use and makes managing your loans super easy.

Jo Stockman is amazing! She helped me to sort my finance quickly and simply, explaining everything and consolidating my loans into one easy payment too. Decent interest rates and low fees. Definitely recommend!

Okay experience, but different people giving me a call every day to ask me for more documents. Every time they have called, I have to provide my details of course, but then also have to explain everything again and again.
Most annoying part was the proof of address, when not even my power bill “proved” that I lived in that house. I’ve sent also my tenant agreement, so they could see that I was living in the house for 1 year, but then again wasn’t enough. So I had to leave work early and go to the bank and ask for my “proof of address”.

Every time I have dealt with Finance Now they are professional and genuine. The people in the help Centre go out of their way to make you feel valued.

I'm always appreciative of the help they give when I have a financial emergency. The process is so easy which is why I will always choose them. Great team!

Im not the one to leave bad reviews but here I am. I have been a loyal customer for many years and had never been in the arrears once I would expect better service. After being told to call back because it takes 3 working days for my settlement of funds to clear.the following day I called back as instructed so a closure of account letter can be emailed to me. This whole process is a huge disappointment after waitng on the phone for an hour is just ridiculous.
I for one am happy this will be my last communication with you.unhappy to say th least.

Applied for a loan on a Monday and had my application done within 2 hours and in my bank within 24 hours. Was missing vital documents and they contacted me asap to finalize loan. Very happy with customer service and have told family and friends to go through Finance Now if the need a loan.

Frustrating experience! Have been calling all day, scheduled call back times, absolutely nothing! Then I rung the other numbers for new customers wanting loans and immediately they picked up the phone and answered the call, I explained i am an existing customer just wanting to talk to someone about changing my payment dates, but I was transfered back to the general enquiries number where I had been sitting on the phone with all day long and absolutely getting NOWHERE! Will someone please give me a ring back or ya okay payments will be in arrears, somebody, anybody!
