Car was broken into and ins company towed car to Fine Finish. Was expecting 2wks minimum for repairs. So delighted car ready just over a week. Collect car and it was completely detailed with complimentary gift inside.

Friendly and efficient.
My car failed its WOF at VTNZ due to 'structural damage. ' I took it to Fine Finish on Rosebank for a second opinion and they did not muck around. Straightened out what little damage they could see and then wrote a letter to VTNZ explaining it was up to standard. 5 minutes later they did not let me pay for any labor. Another 5 minutes later I was driving out of VTNZ with my passed WOF. Will recommend them to anyone who needs some trustworthy service!

These guys are really professional and so much better than Exclusive, the panel beater next door to them. Highly recommended.

I am very disappointed with the service that I received. Fine Finish replaced my wing mirror with one that had a chip in it, left a screw out and had damaged the mirror surround. They were happy to put the screw in and bog and paint the chip.worst paint job ever. I went to aa insurance as the claim was through them and they had Fine Finish re paint it twice more. It is still as another panel beater put it "unacceptable " they also managed to scratch the mirror.

Fantastic Auckland Panel Beaters. They took all the stress hassle and worry out of getting my car repaired. My car looks just as good if not better than it did before its encounter with the lamp post.

The job is done in no time in a best possible way, I had a great loan car which I'm so grateful for.the pick up and drop of was a breeze as I didn't need to go to them, they came to me.

Great service! Bought my car in with the bumper hanging off and they were happy to screw it back on for free (I made a small donation anyway because they were so kind). Very friendly and efficient, will be back!

I emailed 5 different panel beaters asking for a quote to fix my car with photos etc. Tony's was the first to reply, extremely promptly may I add (the others didn't even bother to get back to me) Richard, the owner was very professional and offered to get the car looked at ASAP, not pushy at all and outlined the process of insurance clearly. I was also provided with a complementary curtsey car. The finished product was finished promptly, it looks great, and really appreciated the valet. Great to receive some good customer service. Highly recommended!

Called in before hand and was told to bring in my vehicle so the damages could be assessed so I did so the next day in the morning and experienced rude unhelpful service. Waste of time. Had to leave because they 'were busy'
