This company has looked after my previous problems over the last 7 years, Sue and Pat have a wonderful setup and understanding of what's required, the price quoted is very important to, and the end job is well priced and as always agreed upon, I can honestly say that this is the shop for any panel work.

I have used this business for panel beating services. I rate their customer service and workmanship very highly. They even returned my car fully vacuumed.

These amazing people have worked on both of my vehicles at various times over the years. Not only is their workmanship of the highest quality but they always complete the work on time. The staff in the office and workshop are professionals but are also friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my vehicles look wonderful when I pick them up. Can't speak highly enough of this company and I wouldn't use anyone but them!

Did a great job on my car but unfortunately customer service is intimidating and very rude and made me feel stressed and pressured. My loan car was stolen and I felt like the aim was to intimidate me into paying 1k for something that was not my fault. There was no understanding at all, also seemed they were uneducated in what to do in this situation, gave me the wrong papers to fill (which I didn't). Tried to make me put my name as the person at fault for the vehicle being stolen. They also advertise that they are open Monday to Friday 7am-5pm, but I was not allowed to pick my car up on Friday after 3pm? So basically false advertising and I think they were hoping I was a scared female that would just blindly sign my name. I can't imagine the people that have been taken advantage of in this situation. My advice would be to stay clear.

I had a really great experience using Fine Finish for some repairs. They were super helpful, communication was great and the work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommended!

I have used Fine Finish to repair and repaint damage to my car caused by accidents. I have always been more than happy with the Repairs they have carried out.
The Panel Beaters and Painters are very Professional, very Skilled and their Attention to Details is beyond reproach, which to me is the most important, which also included Grooming my car before I picked it up.

I am never going to go anywhere else other than Fine Finish. From the first interaction to picking up my car, every step of the way was an awesome experience. They gave me the best advice in terms of my insurance claim, getting a loan car was super easy, and they completed the work sooner than the expected timeframe - and they even cleaned my car inside and outside. I could not be more pleased with the work and the friendly service I received.

Went to get my car repaired and was really upset at the result of my car.
This place was a recommendation by friend and family. But when I went to pick up my car the inside wasn't cleaned after they did there work. Every dusty and not cleaned and was sprayed with a lot for car perfume was probably to cove the dust that affected my breathing. Went to get my car cleaned to get rid of the dust but was still there after a week. Thats whole week, I've been struggling to see, breath in my car. I won't recommend this place if you have medical issues with your health.

Excellent service and lovely staff. They managed to update me with the process and timeframes of the repair. For a zero knowledge person about cars, I was able to understand everything because they explain it to me clearly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic communication, friendly staff, great results. My car was repaired here following a crash and the team did an incredible job returning getting it back in shape. Communication was great throughout, and they were bang on with their estimate of how long it would take. Somehow the car looks better than it did before the crash. Very impressed.
