Rang about issues in the house build by you guys, shenel I guess her name was, told me she is gonna transfer me to other team and hung up, been calling over and over again but no one answering the phone. Issue I have is MAJOR will contact through Council if I have to.

I had the worst customer service experience with this company. I spoke to a lady called Janie or Jane. She said her job is to educate homebuyers like me. I don't understand is she a teacher or what to educate me? Lady, I think you should concentrate on improving your customer service skills instead which I think you don't have. Next time please have some manners. It doesn't cost money to be polite and talk nicely to people. Don't think you can allow yourself to talk to anyone like this. I don't owe you anything.

I've been watching them build these new Housing New Zealand homes next door. I couldn't say they need to be any more professional.

Very unsatisfied with them. Please ppl see everything properly before buying any house. Would Not recommend.

I saw they wouldn't take responsibility for many mistakes on a high end house build in Auckland and had to be chased by lawyers. They eventually paid up $25,000 which didn't cover all my friends costs - we would not recommend them.
