In 2020 I purchased a house via Harcourts. Arrived for the final inspection and was very surprised to find the vendors there. When I asked why she was very insistent that it was standard. I began debating that with her however the language barrier proved too difficult.

Wouldn't trade again

We recently sold our house with Fiona and received almost exactly the price she suggested our house was worth. While that was surprising at the time of sale, Fiona met with us quickly when contacted and had good reasoning for why she believed the price to be valid.

She supported us with her team through open homes and two discussions prior to auction to help us along and understand the process. It was still nerve wracking trying to sell, but Fiona was professional the whole time.

We had a very successful auction and were taken care of across the purchase and still have support as we move to settlement.
