I have known Richard for many years. First as my business consultant, then as my Family Trust's Trustee and then utilising First Step Homes to obtain a development mortgage. As a result of Richard's dealings in what I can only think as greed and personal financial over commitment he has set me up for a fall.
I have lost my home in a mortgagee sale as a result of his unethical actions and conflict of interest as a Trustee and a Financial Advisor. All the positive reviews are lovely to see but they are only recent. What he has done was last year during Covid Lockdown. I know Richard fell out with his original First Step Home Loans business partner as well.

I am not going to say First step Home Loans were awesome no they were Great. Jenny was there when things got tough and slowly and steady we worked through the process, The Bank was happy and I was happy finally my young daughters have place of their own.
