Discovered Flash through my dad, who's been going to them for 10+ years. I got my first appointment with Nancy. She absolutely brilliant! She is so precise and very good at communicating what she's doing as she's doing it. The level of care is incredible. She did a root canal on my front tooth, which is difficult and risky, which made for me being a nervous patient, but with her quiet confidence and reassurance she put me at ease. It's so relieving to have a trusting and skilled dentist that doesn't cost the earth. Couldn't recommend Flash and Nancy enough!

I go as far to say this is the best dental surgery in NZ (or maybe the world!). I experience high anxiety when seeing dentists and Ray and Rhiannon knew exactly how to make me feel comfortable, informed and cared for.
Ray took the time to assess what needed to be treated and we made a five year plan together. Ray tackled the most urgent things first and then as I had the funds we completed the plan. Flash have been very empathetic about my limited funds and treated me with dignity and respect. Ray always explained what treatment I needed and patiently explained what my options were. I always understood what was happening. I am very more thankful for the whole team and I would always choose Flash.

Nancy and her team are so professional. Even if you're someone who hates going to the dentist, Nancy can have you smiling in a few minutes with her awesome chairside manner. She takes pride in her work and treats working on your teeth as if they were her own, so much care and attention put into everyone who sits in the chair.

Best dentistry experience I've had yet. The team are warm, friendly and professional. The initial consult was very thorough and Nancy explained things really clearly so I know exactly what needs to happen and why. I really like their ethos of waste reduction and they generally seem super competent and trustworthy.

Went in for a last minute appointment today and was so pleased with the service I received at Flash! The team are all very friendly and professional, and although I was nervous (I haven't been to a dentist in a very long time) I was instantly put at ease by the Dentist and everything she did was thoroughly explained to me so I wouldn't freak out. This is the best experience I've ever had at a dentist, thanks team:)
