Fletcher living terraced homes are poor quality. Cheap materials. Lots of problems and there is a lack of response from fletcher when u contact them for remedial work. Built new homes on a flood plain and sold them to first home buyers. Homes were flooded on AKL anniversary day & fletcher didnt do anythng to help the homeowners. Only interested in the $$.

Highly recommend Fletcher Living to anyone. House are well built and the overall buying experience was great. Thanks to the Sales team Fletcher Living Homai especially to Sarah Payne who did a great job in the buying process. Many thanks to the team. We finally found a place we can call it a home and we are really proud to own a house made by Fletcher.

Unprofessional, cutting off sponsorship from the Manawatu Turbos so close to the season, leaving them $160K short and the Turbos staring at a winless season while they make a $432million profit. Place should be shut down, not gonna lie.

The Fletcher Living is a very reliable as well as a reputable building company.
I purchased a house built by them in Flat Bush Auckland for my investment and was going to rent it out upon completion.
However I moved in the house after completion since it was too good to rent out.
I really appreciate the Fletcher teams for my quality home having been built with their devoted workmanship, quality control, customer service specially done by Mee Lei (she was very responsive, proactive and had a professional manner to customers) and the top level of construction management.
