Flex Fitness Stonefields is a fantastic gym, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The gym is always immaculately clean, the equipment is new and modern, and there’s plenty of space. It’s extremely well managed by Lee, and has a nice, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere.

Amazing gym. Friendly staff. Feels like home. Im here everyday despite being a 20 minute drive. Great gym

I’ve been training at Stonefields coming up 3 months now, the gym is kept immaculate, the staff are so helpful and welcoming. The gym also has a great culture, all of the members are so considerate!

Love the atmosphere at Lee’s gym; very clean, upmarket and nice vibe. I would encourage anyone who lives in the area to join! I'm a beginner at the gym, and had my first PT session today with Viren which I really enjoyed and learnt so much. Highly recommend!

This gym sets the expectations of what a gym should be like. The vibe is chill and not intimidating and Lee is awesome and keeps you accountable of your training! Try the Saturday morning bootcamp class, it’s great - afterwards

Tremendous gym. Has all the equipment you need, healthy amount of spacing between machines, very fairly priced and super friendly service. Been to a few gyms and would have to be in my top one or two for sure. Thank you very much.

Flex fitness Stonefield is probably one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Lee (the trainer) is friendly and approachable and his classes as well are intense but enjoyable. Gym is always clean and spacious.

Awesome gym that's a perfect size, not too big not too small and a friendly down to earth owner running the place who always makes you feel welcome with a great sense of humor lol. Leaving due to relocating but this place will definitely be missed. Will be signing back up if ever back in the area! Highly recommended for any gym newbies or veterans

Awesome gym with a wide variety of cardio equipment, free-weights, and weight machines. Very tidy and well-maintained gym, equipment and facilities. The owner, Lee, is super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to build their strength, confidence and happiness:)! 5/5 stars - I'd give more if I could!

We went back to visit Auckland for a couple of days and Lee was super helpful and accommodating at his gym. The gym was clean and had all the equipment that you'll ever need. Would 100% recommend and will definitely go back when we are back in Auckland again!

Would recommend signing up to flexfitness Stonefields! By far my favourite gym. Great selection of equipment, always clean and respected by members. Lee is super helpful and welcoming.

Had a bad experience at this gym and won’t be coming back.the equipment here feels like it came from wish.com and some guy named Lee made fun of my enormous obliques.

Spacious gym with lots of free stand equipment, machines, weights and even an area to do sled pushes.
