Float Culture

Great first experience. Calming environment. The room was clean and included nice hair and skincare products, as well as ear plugs. The temperature of the soak was on point. Had a nice calming cup of tea after as well.

As regular City Cave customers in Brisbane, my partner and I wanted to float while in Auckland on this trip, but were dismayed to learn that Float Culture do not facilitate couples sessions - yes the benefits of floating in a pool/tank alone we understand - but we've floated together since we started. Maybe a future offering by Float Culture? I guess, for now, though it's not floating, Palm Springs hot pools will have to suffice.

This was an outstanding experience. Being on the move as much as I am this was exactly what I needed to get away for the crazy world we are all apart of today. I would recommend to everyone that needs an 1 hour getaway and have some you time.

Haven't done a Float for a couple years and forgot how amazing it was. Worked through all the things in my head I hadn't had time to think about for months. Super clean and relaxing place. Highly recommend.

It was our first time, we were not really sure what to expect. It was really good although my partner took some time to relax into it it was a real sureal experience.

Exceeded my expectations, recommended by a friend (TA) and went at it with an open mind. Brought the 3 float package, and as expected my first float was a learning curve. 2nd I'd adjusted a few things and was more familiar and by the 3rd I was sold, its a moment of peace away from everything to think about things freely. Staff are always friendly, I'd say everyone should give it a go.

Have been a regular of float tanks for yrs and this place has been an awful experience.
Dirty shower changing area with hair over floor and walls. Floating pieces in the float tank itself, like Vaseline from previous customers.


Had an issue with not being sound proofed with noise majorly effecting the float to the extent of drifting off into relaxed space and hearing ppl passing and banging that jolts you awake- completely defeats the purpose of the float!
Mentioned to staff, who were uninterested, no apology or understanding.
Take my business elsewhere.nice float place down the road to white spa Herne bay. Much nicer experience

Beautiful space, very calming ambience, Liam is a very attentive host and is very knowledgeable about the practice. Would recommend floating to anyone wanting to visualise their goals and dreams without any associated anxieties.

I find it necessary to check in with myself frequently and floating does that for me. Great service by Liam and all staff. Awesome vibes.

First I struggled to make a booking as the booking gets done by a company called Momence, you can’t email them back and on the website the bought session didn’t show. Luckily made contact with the shop to book a session, where I was told not to worry there’s enough parking on a weekend.
On the day of my booking it a mission to fit into the small parkings they have.
I have to say the shop inside is very clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and the room I had was also really clean and tidy.
But! I firstly noticed I couldn’t breathe in the float room, was way to damp. Then the floating really wasn’t comfortable on my neck. There is a thin floating thing you can put under your head but that doesn’t help at all. After just 30 min I got up and left.
Really not worth the money.

What you would expect from a float centre. Professional and friendly staff. Soothing environment. Quality tanks and amenities. The experience heightens the more you do it.

Such a relaxing place to unwind. Really enjoy going to float therapy, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and always leave feeling better each time. The kava was a nice experience, really helps to ease straight into your session, would recommend!

I love coming to float as it helps with sore muscles and to give my brain a break. Even more I enjoy sharing this with friends and hearing how ot has helped them. Highly recommend.

Omg float experience soooo relaxing! Tbh I was quite sceptical and I received a voucher as a gift. The place is in a pokey location but inside is beautiful, clean and well organised. The ocean room was lovely. All you need to shower before n after the tank experience. It was soooooo calming and a great experience! Thank you!

Probably not my cup of tea. Water felt to cold & all I could think about was that I had to lie there for ages in the salt bath. My massage in what I thought was full body wasn’t. Definitely had better.

Great experience and great environment to relax and rejuvenate. Looking forward to the next opportunity.

Awesome experience here. The float was super relaxing and I felt so good afterwards! The facilities are very clean, staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and I will definitely be coming back again soon.
