He took his time to calmly explain the process & steps needed to repair the flood damaged areas. His crew was so helpful & professional. I would definitely recommend their services.

We tried using a local competitor who had little availability, never visited our site, yet suggested we schedule a very expensive treatment without having set foot on the location. Flood Auckland called back within 20 minutes of my inquiry, scheduled a technician within 2 hours to visit our site where we had a leak and flooding. He was honest, checked all the moisture levels, recommended treatment, explained what we were seeing, and made us feel safe! So great to have a company that is truly thorough, honest and helpful!
