Dragged me on form months with promises they could do the work then lost interest. Steve totally disengaged and can only state how expensive each job will be without adding value. Don't waste your time.

They reversed into my parked car on the road whilst doing a job at my house. Steve said don't worry we will sort it. Adam our boss will see to it.
2 years on, nothing, I've lost my excess and no claims bonus and Adam refuses to respond to the insurance company, check no cowboys, these guys have a very low rating.
Sorry guys I've waited 2 years b4 posting but I'm the one out of pocket for what you did.

Floormasters recently recoated our workshop floor in the Spartacote. We had a few holdups with Covid interfering but once they got to us in Rotorua they were efficient, clean and tidy and the floor has come up brilliant. Very happy with the result.

From the first visit to the completion of the job we found Steve, Jason and Scott to be very approachable and super responsive to any questions and concerns we had. We had Sparta-Flake done on both the front and back patios and absolutely love the new look. We would highly recommend Floormasters and the team.

The guys are Floormasters are absolutely phenomenal. We were lucky enough to deal with Steve, Jason and Scott who truly went above and beyond to repair our dilapidated floor into a state of aesthetic perfection. Adam / Floormasters complete a job to resurface our carpark. Unfortunately the result was a very slippery surface which Adam and the team tried to remedy. Unfortunately the fix still wasn’t up to scratch and the entire job had to be done again.

The reason I would recommend Adam is instead and ducking for cover when faced with a large cost to redo the job he sucked it up and sorted it out. Bug thumbs up from me.

I got floormasters in for a quote on dads garage floor, awesome bunch of people to work with and when they did the job they made sure we were happy with it before leaving, very tidy workers, my brother is now getting them in to do a job for himself

Adam and his team did a great job concreting around our pool, beautifully colored and stamped. Provide plenty of advice and information about the different looks and finishes, even did a sample so i would visualize it.looks great. Thanks you team.

Adam and his team were very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job on my floor! He acknowledged my concerns and was very re-assuring. The process was fast, competitively priced and turned out amazing! I want to thank you for your hard work and detailed craftsmanship. We had a lot of problems with our floor including cracks and moisture problems but he was able to correct these and you can’t even tell they were there, which was a MAJOR concern for my wife and I. 5 stars all around, thank you again!

Concrete overlay cracked at 4 places even though they assured me that they will prepare the concrete underneath to prevent cracks. I emailed and called them 10 times and asked them to come and repair it but 6 months later no show. Next stop Dispute Tribunal. I am not going away Steve.
