7 The food is okay but I've eaten here several times now and they regularly fail to visit your table to take your order and don't fill orders in a timely manner. We waited an hour for steak and chips. They also forgot to bring our drinks even after asking several times. People around us were also forgotten. Can't believe their rating isn't lower on here considering how consistently bad the service is.

We had our last supper before flying back to Tokyo. Our expectations were actually low, but you can get proper kiwi cuisine here. It can get a little pricey, but overall if you’re looking for a place to eat around this area, I highly recommend it.
There were some issues with service and the restaurant being very busy - but I had to leave a high review as there's a lady in the staff who was simply outstanding, took care of us, and made sure we got everything we wanted. Whatever she's being paid, it's not enough!
Very good dinner good service wasn't expecting too much as it was a hotel restaurant very pleasantly surprised
Poor service, took ages to serve us, when dinner turned up we had no cutlery so when I asked for some they just grabbed some off a table that someone else had been seated at (not used) my hubbie did not get the sauce he asked for and the waitress did not even know what the vegetables were. Food was just ok but over priced for what it was. Not that they even noticed our drinks were empty let alone ask if we wanted more, guess we would need to leave our table to get served like other customers had to. Don't bother going. Save your money.
The food was nice but overly priced. Staff did not clear our tables before the next course came out. We had to request that someone clear the tables and had to ask for spoons to eat our desserts with. Above all a fairly nice place with friendly faces.
