Great job tinting by BMW sedan. Prices are reasonable given the current market. Staff were able to observe that my windows were factory-coloured and suggested a slightly higher tint % to keep the car legal.

They also fully re-did one of the windows after I noticed that one of my dog's hairs had gotten trapped between the tint and the glass.

Been to the other tint shops in henderson but now I ended up came back to him again due to the precise job and product warranty. Prices are also quite compatible. There some reason why 10 years+ business. Cheers

Tinting jobs are good. Prices are a little on the higher side in my opinion. Customer service is good as they’re transparent and are available at short notice. They don’t have alternative payment options like Afterpay, Laybuy etc which is something that could be an area for improvement potentially.

Zivent Henderson we were happy with the window tints until we realised you uninstalled our carseat without telling us. We understand that you needed to do this but you did not communicate that with us. You put our son at risk as I drove down the road and realised it was completely loose. I was stuck on the side of the road with a carseat that was not safe at all and a crying child. If you had told us we could have organised to have this reinstalled the same day. We got this professionally installed by a carseat technician to ensure it was installed correctly, we then had to pay $100 to get it urgently reinstalled again. Very disappointed in your service and will not be back. If you do not know how to install carseats, you should not be touching them. Or atleast discuss this with the owner prior to touching a carseat as you are putting children at risk if their carseat is not installed correctly.

They removed old window tint and put the new film on my car. The new tinting was reliable and reasonable price. I watched Tv with free drink that they gave me in the waiting room. (Variety drink they prepare that customer can choose)

Difficult to deal with, no staff in sight and door incorrectly labelled 'Staff only'. Simple job but they are overpriced.

I have visited the shop a week ago and found their name has changed FM 7 west to Zivent. The same owner use better quality film with best price. Done all my friends and family car tinting here. Thanks for your hard work Leo.
