Very happy with my experience through and through. Took in a very special traditional calligraphy art piece and Benson looked after it so well. Even though his Christmas workload was well and truly full, he still took mine under his wings and even completed it within a week! It was my first time getting a customised frame and I can't recommend Focus Frame enough. Well worth the money - the craftsmanship is amazing and the service is top notch.

An heirloom tapestry sitting on an undulating backing board needed to be reset in its original frame. Great care was taken to remove the tapestry that had been glued to its backing board and then to reset it on acid free board. Two new mats replaced the original and they enhanced the appearance of the tapestry in its frame. The colours looked much brighter and sharper with the original glass replaced by museum glass. This was an excellent restoration job and the skill and care taken to ensure a good job was of the highest order.

I can't recommend these guys enough. I took a broken frame in there this morning and the lovely man who served me cut the new glass and fitted it for me while I waited (only 10 minutes if that). He was so helpful and took so much care in putting it back together for me. And also such a great price. I will definetly be bringing my prints back here to be framed. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Focus Frame! I went in with two pictures to be framed and Mr Ng was very thoughtful and careful in helping me choose the right frame, border and glass. They even sped up the usual time to finish the frames so I could get one picture in time for the birthday party it was for. The frames/pictures look fantastic and the service was top notch.
