Had a really good experience with Fonko. The sales process was efficient and I didn't feel like I was being over-sold at any stage. The installers did a great job and were flexible to achieve what we wanted (even though they didn't have to). Great Panasonic heat-pumps, installed professionally at fair prices. Highly recommended.

Excellent and trustworthy service from Divesh. Our heat pump recently broke and we were advised by another company we’d need to replace the full unit = $$$. I got a second opinion from Divesh at Fonko and realised we were essentially mislead and replacing a part would solve the problem which saved us heaps of money. Since then our remote has broken and Divesh went above and beyond to help out with a replacement super quickly. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

I ordered a heat-pump cleaning service over the phone and I clearly asked them if they open the heat-pump unit and clean the parts, and they said yes.once they arrived I noticed they only wash the filters (which is super easy to do and I had done it myself) and they just wiped the unit's exterior with wet tissues. When I complained they said if you want the complete service you have to pay twice the agreed amount! Ridiculous.

Pretty frustrating to deal with, the guy left dirty paper towels out (turns out he used mine) and also chucked the dirty filter into my recycle bin which was a mission to get back out since it was empty. The charge for a ducted system was a rip off, it was one filter within easy reach to pull out (no going into a roof space) and he didn't clean any of the ducted system at all. Just the filter, this cost an additional $250 compared to a nomal heatpump. Not very professional and poor value for money. Also took 2 months to send the bill.

Terrible service, came out to look at our three heat pumps that had all broken at the same time. Our insurance company then got in touch with them multiple times asking for more details and were met with radio silence from Fonko. Really bad experience, have gone through the whole winter with no heatpumps whilst we waited for them to respond

Rang on Wednesday and received a service booking for cleaning my heat pump for 2pm next day. Absolutely thrilled Vishel arrived on time and did a very thorough check and clean. Delighted as usual with their great service and respect.

As per order = turned up very efficient fitted air con unit done and dusted 2 hrs very impressed

Referred by manufacturer, Called to request an estimated quote for a specific repair, the rep did not want to give any estimated quote, but happily to inform me price for a call out and told me to ask manufacturer for cost of parts. And they wanted to charge you $12 for health and safety/ mask, gloves and ppe.

Fonko have installed 3 heatpumps for our family and we are super pleased with their workmanship and service. Boris and his team went above and beyond especially to ensure health and safety and meeting our high expectations. Excellent jobs thanks guys!

I tried to make contact with Fonko via their website in order to get a quote for a heat pump. Received no response on both occasions. A little disappointing after being referred by a friend and reading the good reviews for this company.

Great service, William was very helpful. I contacted other companies to replace my heatpump but Fonko was the only company that replied quick and were very helpful

Have installed three units for us now and have found them to be very professional, polite and clean. Would defiantly recommend this company.

They are fast efficient and very professional and the price was very reasonable.
We also had one heat pump installed in our sitting room in 2011 and we have never had any problems.
Fonko also installed that.

We are really pleased with our Daikin ducted system, the installers were fabulous. The boys did a really tidy installation and were very helpful, courteous and pleasant to have around the house.

Salesman Boris was very patient while I took my sweet time making the decision. I had five quotes and among those there were many contradictions and a very range of sizes that I was recommended (from 10kw to 14kw). As it turned out Boris was the only salesman that made no mistakes in the quote and had good reasoning behind the choice of unit, and had a good price.

I am very happy with the performance of the 12 kw, and the inside noise level is amazingly quiet.

I have already recommended Fonko to various friends and will continue to do so.
