1110h13,31 March 2023, food chain van nearly road me down on rust avenue Whangarei. He looked me straight in the eye and then dropped his head an accelerated through the pedestrian crossing. I had to take evasive action. I was already on the crossing. Clearly companies that employ homicidle, people deserve less than one star. They should all be in prison.
The worst customer service ever. We were charged for products after they had been returned and it has been an absolute joke trying to get our credit refunded. It’s been months and we’ve called and emailed many times, with our banking details etc and have had no response. We have stopped purchasing from them. Business owners, don’t bother, it’s not worth the hassle.
I love to shop in this place! Specially online, easy for this crazy pandemia, delivery very fast and with care. Plenty option for payment and OMG the delivery box is so cute that even I keep to store my things Thanks guys

Disgusting company. Used to be a customer and honestly the most unprofessional service I've ever recieved. They ALSO treat their staff extremely badly to the point where I don't understand how this company is even still running.
I'm buying most of my business stock in last few years. The area sales person (Devonport, Auckland) changed recently. Today he text me and said he is not making good profit with my business. Right now I wanted to do some ordering and just find he increased all my fixed price of products.in some products over %40 increase. This is showing he is not respect the business owner at all and changed the price without any notice or inform the customer. I think never can trust this company.
When I call head office about an order missing they always say they will call back but they never do, I have to then go out and buy the product and then request a credit because we have been charged for it, its soooooo frustrating as a commercial business to order from a supplier and then have to go out and purchase the products from a Supermarket, to much drama from this company.
Very well packed and fast delivery. Good quality products. Highly recommended for anymore even if it is not during lockdown period. Good elderly person ordering without going to supermarket. Keep up the good work.
