Ryan is very professional and informative. He was really friendly, knowledgeable and tolerant of all of my ramblings. I am 100% confident in his approach and his ability to help. It was really nice to be part of the decision making process when working out which approach to go for.

Would not recommend Ryan if you are dealing with toe problems. Not only he failed to recognise fungal infection on my daughters toe and didn’t even perform a simple test, he told us the only option was to fly overseas so she can undertake a surgery for ingrown toenail, which she didn’t even have! So glad I decided to get a second opinion. If you are incompetent in the field better refer it to someone else!

Booked for a video consultation. Waited and no one turned up to my appointment. Called in and no one rang me back with an explanation or a possibility of rebooking. Ended up booking again somewhere else.

Was only given 15 minutes at $75. Not a full treatment as there was a busy schedule of appointments being the day before Christmas. Understand the 'rush' but still expected a full treatment. One heel cracked the next day. Very disappointed. Was offered a free second consult, but not keen if this is the type of service given.

Ryan is great. Awesome service, clear explanations and noted all the treatment options without trying to shoehorn me into the most expensive. Would highly recomend

Came with an ingrown toenail which had been a problem for months. During my first and second visits, Ryan fixed the issue considering my circumstances as I was breastfeeding and explained my options moving forward. In my next visit with Divya, I went ahead with minor surgery to deal with the issue permanently. Both were lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable in what they do. Also thanks to Lucy who is very empathetic when I call to book an appointment. Thank you Foot Mechanics.

Ryan, communicated extremely well the procedure and ensured I was comfortable and in no pain during this. He thoroughly explained the after care required to ensure I fully understood how to do this. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan.

I was happy with the outcome of the assessment Ryan explained the how the why the what and also what the next stage of progression.

Ryan was fantastic - very friendly, thorough assessment and fantastic explanation of the issues that I was facing. Good joint decision making for further treatments and good plan laid out regarding what to expect in the future.

Facilites were excellent, modern, clean. Great use of technology (3D foot scanning technology for example) to hilight the problem and explain where to go from here.

Still waiting on insoles, but when they arrive I imagine they will be stellar. So far very happy with the service that I have received.
