Shannon Durey is a wonderful and compassionate podiatrist. Truly no issue is too small for her to try to solve. I have struggled for years and years with ingrown nail issues. After treatment from Shannon my toenails are the best they have ever been. Highly recommend her if you're struggling with ongoing problems with your feet or if you feel a niggling issue that seems too small to mention.

Talk about top service from Maree, the administrator. I cannot believe the service I have received from Maree. She has gone above and beyond to assist me in getting my new orthotics, even offering to take them to Christchurch with her if they were ready in time as I was in Christchurch visiting family over December. Maree has constantly kept in touch with me, updating me on progress and today, she will deliver them to my home. What great service. Wow. Thank you Maree, this world would be a better place with more people like you in it.

Shannon treated me for a Morton’s neuroma, she quickly identified the problem (one that I thought could not be fixed) and made me some great orthotics, within no time I was back out running. Shannon was super pleasant, professional and very caring. I would recommend her to anyone needing podiatry. She now treats the whole family.

Foot dense got rid of a very stubborn veruka I had on my heal, had tried all sorts of things and nothing worked. Over a course of treatments they killed it and it was very fair cost wise as well.

I went in this afternoon for a quick chat and the consultant was pretty honest and helpful about the treatment according to my nail condition. Really appreciate it.

I initially had great customer service from Ryan in the Botany branch (hence not 1 star), then my orthotics ran so thin I got blisters within a few months and I work in an office sitting down most of the time. Ryan left, and his replacement dropped all communication with resolving this.
I think it came down to sourcing cheap materials to create the orthotics, but still charging the same price. I'd recommend asking about the material and how long it's guaranteed to last when choosing orthotics.
