Had a great positive appointment at Footwise. Problem dealt to. Staff were very kind, and the appointment was on time. Very happy to use their expertise in the future.
Disappointing experience. Firstly, after making a booking online, receiving a confirmation and then a reminder the day before the appointment was due, they did not have my sons appointment in the system and double booked. But also, we would have been lucky to have a 10 minute consultation. My sons feet roll in, I got more service at the shoe shop than here. I don't feel confident my son got the attention he deserved. Would not go here again. No wonder they have to advertise on social community pages.
Very good service by Sana and Michael. Heel pain much better after sessions. Friendly and comfortable environment. Highly recommended!
Very responsive and flexible on my booking. I had no idea that they also offer mobile service with a little extra cost which was comfortable to me at that time. Accommodating, friendly and easy to deal with. Thumbs up and highly recommended! Keep it up!
