I visit forage everyday almost as I work close by.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing and good for you! Coffee is 5 stars too.
10/10 would recommend this place!

Been eager to visit Forage for a very long time and finally got the chance to go during the week. It's a quaint and quiet little cafe that I learned the locals love to come to; saw more than a few people on their laptops, having business meetings, or just sitting back and reading the newspaper. The atmosphere fits the name in having overhanging tree branches, succulents on the tables, bird motifs, and organic / other related products on sale like oat milk.

They still had a good amount of food options left in the glass cabinets even by like 1pm; best of all though was that beef burrito! Was amazing. Wife also said the lamb in the salad "was to die for". Koftas were also good little sharable meat snacks. I appreciate how their sign says they try to compost everything they can and that it's free range sourced meats.

Definitely worth coming back for a bite and to chat with the friendly staff!

I had a nice breakfast here. Delicious coffee, and a bagel with avocado. Menu was a bit limited, but not a deal breaker. Not a ton of seating, but with one big communal table and some stool seating near at the window.

Service was friendly and efficient.

Love it! The food is delicious, the staff is amazing and the various food options be it sweet or balanced are all free range! Maybe we can even make the #nostraw happen together:)
15$ for my wrap and tart and the friendly staff brought us a water bowl for the dog:)

This place is a hidden gem. Great food and coffee. Owners Siza& Keita are exceptional in customer service! Conscientious in their environmental friendly choices in their products. Selection of Vegetarian food available too. Not cheap but certainly quality & reasonable.

It is hard to understand how Forage has a rating of 4.8. On the day I visited, the service was unfriendly, the coffee and food was served on take away plates, and I found a chicken bone in my muffin. Not impressed.

Edit: Forage no longer has vegan offerings, other than salad and vegan milks. Rating to be returned to 5 stars when the vegan offerings return (estimated at a few months from now)

This place has vegan breakfast, vegan lunch and lovely oat milk cappuccinos that are worth the walk over. Total class act. 5 stars

A cozy little cafe in central Auckland, limited seatings, few outside seatings to enjoy morning sun with your pooch. Delicious food and coffee, very friendly staff. The koftas are very good, looks small but trust me these babies are thick and full of meat! My personal favorite is def the breakfast burrito. ️

Go to coffee shop. Team are always friendly, food and coffee are great.
Only downside not open weekends.

This place has great cabinet food. Lots of sandwiches, salads and treats. Vegetarian options too. Whenever I'm in there is a steady line for coffee and food. Everything is very fresh and delicious.

Love the vide of this beautiful cafe, Siza and Keita know exactly how to take care of the customer:) Lots of vegetarian options, The coffee is always perfect! And there is always something for everyone on the menu to enjoy.

I currently work as a landscaper and I have had the chance to try many bakeries around Auckland and I can say that this bakery is my favorite, the flavors are incredible and the staff provides excellent service

Lovely little owner operated oasis on the city end of Dominion Rd, near Newton. Delicious freshly made food, reliably amazing coffee and Auckland's best sausage rolls

Great homemade quality food, in fact the best burrito I've ever eaten and also, the staff are incredible with their friendliness and service.

Forage is a hidden gem. For what it lacks in signage it makes up for in great coffee, an extensive and reasonably priced selection of food, and a relaxed ambience. Easy and available P60 parking up the top end of Dominion Rd too. Just look for the Laundromat Open 7 days sign - it's right next door - but just Monday to Friday. Worth seeking out.

THE. BEST. COFFEE. EVER! And also the egg and mushroom wrap! Mmm mmmm! Seriously though, this really is the best coffee around! Worth every walking in the rain from the office!

Loved the ambiance at this cafe, it was cosy and intimate and the owners were warm and friendly. I wouldn't of known this cafe existed on Dominion Road, if my friend hadn't invited me along. Great food, spoilt for choice, great coffee, tea, smoothie selection and the service is priceless! Overall I was well impressed with my first visit and look forward to taking family and friends there.

The girls who run the cafe are always very welcoming, the coffee is the by far the best and most consistent in Auckland and the food never disappoints when stopping off for lunch
