Exceptional service from Ashleigh in helping me negotiate the complexities of getting a wof and service for a car of my parent with dementia. Great communication and empathy, nothing was a problem. Ashleigh is gold.

I have 2 utes serviced through pukekohe. They keep in contact if anything needs attention on top of general servicing.

My car and I have been with South Auckland Motors for five years and yet when I had a problem the Service Manager did not return my calls. I had to write a letter to the Principal in order to get a response (2 months later) My car is running great now. It would have been nicer if it was resolved more quickly. That would have been an even better outcome.

Decent cost for good vehicle service.customer service are so polite made it so simple and convenient for me when i came to bring in my car

The parts department is a hassle to deal with. One lady who is excellent at her job, but is overwhelmed by workshop and customer requests. Honestly, short staff issues should be addressed and not become a customer's problem. You pay dealership prices for vehicle, services and parts, so you expect a dealership level of service, and quite frankly, you won't be getting much of it here.

It has gotten to the point where my 2 Fords are going to become 2 Toyotas in the near future.

Many phone calls go unanswered and majority of the employees you deal with are always rushed and short fused.

Been to South Auckland Motors Pukekohe twice within the 6 months time and they have always done a good job. Though the waiting time is too long, it is understandable because of their busy work load. It is pricey to have your car serviced by them but it gives you peace of mind that your car is safe and reliable. Thanks to the team.

Lack of communication. Kept having to call them back for updates. Didn’t offer any other options when their scanner weren’t working until I kept having to ask if they have anyone else who could help.

I am happy with the service.

But I am querying why the service interval has been reduced from 20,000km to 15,000km.

Excellent service, very friendly & efficient admin/reception staff. Overall pleasing experience.

Always happy with South Auckland Motors. They went above and beyond in my most recent visit. I don't even live locally anymore and I still drive to Pukekohe to use them.

Although the office staff was lovely. I was told an hour and half to two hours ute would be ready. 41/2 hours later i had to request my ute so i could pickup children and they still didnt have time to finish the after clean completely. I asked as most of the staff out back were in a group talking out back and i was still waiting. Not good, if they need a whole day to service please let client know so they not left waiting around this length of time or book times slots to the ability of those doing the work!

Fantastic Service-went out of their way to locate a reconditioned part for my vehicle in NZ due to budget constraints (and time for international part to arrive) vehicle working perfectly and clean and shiny on pick up.will definitely recommend and use the team again.

We loved the amazing service. Communication was excellent. Especially the ladies at the front desk.

The team at the service department are wonderful to deal with very friendly and personable and professional.

Jo was awesome after a few lil hiccups with courtesy car not available. We worked it out and all was fine.

Pretty good considering my car wasn’t serviced when it was supposed to be, so they loaned me a car for free. The two reception ladies were both lovely and cheery and made the whole situation that much better!

Happy with the service except they wash the car but forgot to wash car body under driver's door other than that great service.

As a non customer, out of town Mazda owner with an issue with their vehicle they took time to sort it asap in the middle of a busy day.
