They charge the same price as Kiwibank for fingerprints, but they offer much better service. I had previously had 3 sets of Kiwibank fingerprints rejected by the FBI for a work visa extension, but the first set of prints from Forensic Insight did the trick!

If you have old, worn-down fingers like me they can give you tips on moisturizing and massaging your fingers before your appointment to get the best results. And even if you're not a special case you'll still get better service from an experienced professional than you'll get from a (hard-working and well-intentioned) postal clerk who just hasn't gotten an adequate level of training and doesn't have the time to do the best possible job. Highly recommend!

I needed urgent fingerprints for a South African Police Clearance Certificate under level 3 COVID restrictions. I was getting desperate as no other organisations (Kiwibank, Post Shop, Police) provided the service in Auckland during this time. Tom and Allie was exceptionally professional and followed strict health and safety guidelines and where fully dressed in PPE. The process was streamline and fingerprints high quality.
