39We had gutter protection installed and the process was very seamless, apart from the covid pandemic interruptions. All parties were good to deal with and their installers (Nick and David) were excellent and helpful. An very good experience all-round.
Gutters cleaned & guard installed. Outstanding service from start to finish. Very happy with the job. Clear & prompt communicators. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it (unfortunately rare these days!). Great guarantee & roofing certification we could trust.
Four Seasons provided an excellent service (from the initial site visit to completion) in relation to the installation of their gutter protection system. Very pleased with the end result.
EDIT, I can say after approaching their stand at the Wellington Home and Garden Show, I have now been visited. I believe they are going to right the wrong, if they did I will up their rating. I was advised they have had a change of owners and these owners are busy putting a lot right.
What to say, what a NIGHTMARE, took nearly a year to install after they demanded a deposit immediately we signed up for it. I rang and rang and always the same excuses of no-one in the area but they’d be there soon. I requested a refund of my deposit and the woman in the office said if we cancelled we would loose our refund so we waited. Finally it was installed by cowboys, gutters now overflow and trying to get this sorted again is impossible, They even demanded the balance within an hour of it going up.
I email each month with the same excuses. I’m about to approach Fair Go. Do not go near this company, not worth the money or headaches.
Several breaches of the Consumers Guarantee’s Act and the Fair trading Act.
Four Seasons Gutter Protection have just installed their Continuous Flow gutter guard material to all our gutters and have done a great job. The installation was not easy as we have a three storey property which presented challenges but they overcame these in a very professional manner. I would thoroughly recommend them to others in need of gutter guards.

Free of bird nests and twigs or leaves. The first inspection done was prompt. After booking confirmation, there seemed to be a lack of communication from their end but after following up through emails, they apologised and the job was booked immediately. The person who came for the job was professional and did a very good job at installation.
All in all communication was the only let down, but will still recommend.

I'm happy with the service we received from Four Seasons Gutter Protection - we had some urgent issues due to a blocked gutter and downpipe, and they were responsive and quick to help. I'm also happy with the comprehensive warranty provided, as it indicates belief in their product and helps me feel confident that we made a good choice.
Left my details at home show, hoping for a call back. A month later, after three quotes from competitors, I finally got the followup phone call this morning. Too little, too late, not likely to have confidence in this firm. One extra point for actually bothering to call back, eventually.
I give them zero stars. I have not come across a more unprofessional company. Gavin (the owner) has been incredibly difficult to deal with, I have been trying for 5 months to speak to him but there's always an excuse from his staff or he gives the silent treatment. Gavin is refusing to give us back our deposit for some bird mesh we ordered 6 months ago. We paid the deposit immediately and booked the job in straight away. When Nick came onsite to install the mesh he apologized and said our roof was too unsafe for him to get up there and install the mesh, he also pointed out it would be pointless because our roof was so damaged he could push his finger through it so it would be impossible for him to install. I rang Gavin (the owner) immediately after confirmation came through saying we needed to replace the whole roof. I asked Gavin why this wasn't checked when they came out to quote, he said that's not part of their job. I feel like that is an important process for this kind of work, however he strongly disagreed. Because they cant install the mesh due to safety etc I asked Gavin for my deposit back because we now need it to get a new roof; Gavin refused and said its not his problem. He then tried to tell me I don't need a new roof (he's never seen my roof), that he use to be a roofer and I shouldn't believe them. His installer sent photos of our roof showing why It was unsafe / impossible to install. This was not good enough for Gavin so I pointed out that the contract clearly states ''If it is unsafe to install, the job will be cancelled and the deposit fully refunded''. Gavin said this did not apply to our case (of course he did). I said OK, get them round to install it then. He turned around and said ''not unless you pay the full amount first as that's the requirement''. This is not the requirement, balance remaining was always due on competition. He did not like hearing this so fought me on the phone. He was impossible to deal with and even threatened taking me to court, telling me he has lots of court experience and I wouldn't win.now that I have seen how he does business this doesn't surprise me. He is still refusing to give us our deposit, and I am yet to hear from him about getting them round to do the install. I have no doubt he will continue to drag this out. Save yourself the stress and avoid using this company at all cost. They have been a nightmare to deal with. I regret every bit of it.
The team did an awesome job and we have a two storey house and they were able to do both levels with ease. We have had it now for a few years and have had no issues at all. We live rurally and have lots of birds and have tank water supply and it has been brilliant.

Had a great experience with this company. We procrastinated for sometime about getting gutter protection only to wish we had done it sooner. This has saved us on many gutter cleans. We can’t fault the expertise, professionalism, communication and response time to our enquiry and the installation. Thanks Four Seasons. We highly recommend all aspects of the service we recieved

I paid around 2000/- for the installation of the mash over Gutter to avoid accumulation of leaves clogging the gutter. It looked absolutely fine till it started raining, it's shows the quality of workmanship the company is having. It started leaking from all over at the entrance of the house. E-mailed and called so many times but still waiting to get it fixed
Attention to anyone considering dealing with this company, customer service is non existant. I paid the deposit $1,798 on 5th August 2019 and 'Gutter Guard' was installed 21st November 2019, balance $3,652 paid in full 26th of November. On 17th December we had a heavy rain fall and buckets of water poured inside the two ranch-sliders (which had not happened before the installation). I called the office 26th January to ask if they can have a look. I was told the installer was out of town for 3 weeks and I would be kept up to date. I had no response and rang again 22nd February as rain water was pouring inside the ranch sliders again. I cut through a down pipe and found it was blocked solid with leaves and should not have been after leaf gutter guard had been installed. I have called again 24th Feb, 2nd and 3rd March and each time I was told that the manager Kay (who has always been unavailable for various reasons) will ring me back, and I am still waiting for her to respond. Worst customer service EVER. Run for the hills and don't us these guys whatever you do. 12 week lead times, non existent customer service and wont refund deposit.
These guys finally came and replaced the rusty clip on our gutters after 18 months of asking. They said they were about a year behind as there were so many to do. So my advice if you have a warranty is to keep on asking, and eventually they might come! The workman who came was a really nice dude and it took him less than half an hour.
I am still waiting for a repair after ringing Four Seasons several times in the past 3-4 months. I have tried to ring several times. Every time I got an answer that someone will call me and make a time, but it has never happened so far. I hope they will indeed honor their service warranty commitment.
