Four Square Parakai

The one young lady at the fish and chips staton who had thick lash extensions with multiple nose piercings was extremely rude.

We called her out for missing our orders and no, we were not being rude, we were asking her nicely for the correct amount of our chickens. But before she even checked on which orders that was missing or even letting us finish our concerns that was being addressed she said “ it’s all there! ” pulling faces, eyes rolling and did not apologise.it was not even busy. There was only one customer waiting in line. This shows that she CAN NOT work well under pressure. Doesn’t have customer service skills whatsoever.

Smile more, be friendly because you are working with people, apologies and admit when you make a mistake, pulling faces and eyes rolling when getting called out is UNNECESSARY and is UNACCEPTABLE in so many ways.

Could say that this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Your lady needs training how to be kind to customers, even if she has a bad day. A friendly smile goes a long way!

Good old Parakai 4 Square.love they're always open regardless of public holidays. If they dont have something, talk to themand they usually can get it in.
Their chicken and chips is pretty good value for money and taste gooood.

A bigger four square than many but it has to service a large area. There is parking right outside and it's not too busy. Hot food is also available here.

Chicken was pretty good but the fries. I had to put my order in my backpack until I was able to sit down and eat and by then I dont know what happened if it was the chicken salt or the chicken greese had been observed but the chips were so good.

Always have the friendliest staff and stock on shelves only wish we could see each other smiling again

Love our local 4 square has great staff always friendly, one stop that has everything we need on our way home.

Got everything you need. As well as having hot cooked fast food and great coffee barrista option too. A great place to stock up and refresh if you're off on an adventure

I can't remember visiting, maybe I slowed down as I was passing (just to see how great this place is) either way this place is well worth a stop, if not least because it's the last shop stop going to the heads.

This place does an amazing job especially during lockdown. They had the right idea to put the fried chicken on hiatus otherwise every gronk and their dog would be outside ruining the purpose of an essential business for locals. Always well stocked and their staff are super friendly. If I could give them 6/5 I would

Such great friendly staff. It's definitely got the small town vibes. Their hot chips with chicken salt are amazing and the #6 deal of chicken tenders and chips is my go to bought lunch.

Always friendly and great customer service. Usually has what I am after at a reasonable price. Makes an effort to stock high quality goods and produce.

Awesome business for our community. They will often have what I can't find at the bigger countdown down the road, and their wine selection is the best around!
