Big shout out to Raymond (Drain unblocking technician) amazing service and person! Did such an awesome job unblocking our wastewater pipe that I just had to give him a homemade loaf of bread and it was the labour weekend! Raymond was awesome to deal with, he managed to fix our emergency drainage issue (on good Friday!) when the first company our landlord sent failed to do the job.

The rain was pouring heavy that caused our trench drain to overflow. I was panicking as I called 12 plumbing services, and everyone turned me down except for Fox Plumbing. Raymond came to the rescue; he unblocked our trench drain in the pouring rain and you can still see him smile. Great service and very professional even in urgent situation!
