Frame by Frame

Good customer service at first and good range of frames however upon calling to simply ask about price again for just the wooden frame the owner was rude and unhelpful.
We liked the wooden frame he offered for a degree however the whole package with border and glass was quite expensive from this shop so we decided we would enquire at other placed. 2 other shops close by offered cheaper prices, we would have loved to have simply have bought the frame from this shop and gotten it assembled elsewhere but the owner stated “I don’t like that at all”. I wanted to to understand why but he hung up rudely. Great shop however I would not have thought mixing and matching calls for rejecting service to a customer quite so.

Absolutely brilliant framer. Have had many things framed here. Always first class.
