Franklin Motors & Shine Kar Kolors reviews
58 Purchased a tyre and was quoted with wheel balance included, wasn’t balanced at all.
This place should be avoided at all costs
beware very unprofessional in my view when safety is paramount
Took my VW Toureg into get serviced and breaks done.
Charged 1300 5hrs labour and they still haven't finished with the computer.
Don't know what there doing to service a toureg.
Have had to take it back to tell them to change bulbs.
Wasn't done in service.
Not impressed, I'm amazed the constant flow of people and cars, in and then out, a great team and great service
Needed a warrant. Able to be seen on short notice. Great price and friendly staff. Will be back next year
Thank u Franklin Motors for accommodating us for an urgent appointment. Had done our WoF including repairs on the same day:)
Lal and his team have displayed care patience and professionalism everytime I have dealt with them, continue the great work guys.
Went in for a cheap $30 wof. Failed me on breaks being low, he couldn't do the repair for over a week so I took the vehicle to another shop to get the brakes done. Brought it back to the shop then he said back break pads need to be done. Absolute rip off, scam place, they don't care about getting your car on the road. They just want money. My vehicle had a cof 2 months old, after failing here twice and refusing to put a wof on my car I took the vehicle to vtnz today. Vehicle passed with NO mention of breaks. Absolutely disappointing experience, another rip off indian
Couldn't do what I needed but really helpful staff and gave some great advice where to get the job done, thank you
Very pleased with service. Everything done in a timely manner and completed when they said it would be. I will be back. Many thanks
Recently moved to the area so first time took my car to Franklin motors, Booked an appointment over the phone and got the service done next morning, I found them easy to talk to and reliable team and would take my car to Franklin motors as it will be my go to place.
Very good experiance, service was fast and reliable, a good honest company that you can trust.
When I went to Franklin Motors to get my Ford Kuga's Warrant of Fitness (WOF), Mr. Lall was cordial and even sent me a reminder text a day prior to my inspection. Overall, I received good service and I would suggest that those in Pukekohe give them a try. The cost of my WOF was $70 including GST.
Very nice and smooth experience! Got a new WOF, quick and straight forward. Highly recommend Laal!
I was late but they just processed my wof without comment. They are very professional to deal with. I will be back. Many thanks
Being able to book a WOF appointment over the phone is a big plus. Job was completed quickly and without problem.
They are rip off 150$ each to clean my lights beams and something I said he said 750$ what a biggest rip off never again I ask him why is this and said that's there price and vtz said to me is only 20$ clean those lights n engine mount like 130$ for them they get 30% discount
Got my warrant done here. Friendly staff and they're quick. Headlight bulb installed for $25 and the warrant for $60 is about the same price everywhere now, so no issue with pricing. I'd go there again, without hesitation:)
Appreciate that they went over and above to get the job done asap. They were very accomodationg and patient in trying to get my vehicle back on the road. THANK U
I had excellent service after a recent tyre blowout.
They quickly located the special size tyres needed and had them couriered in.
When they couldn't remove the antitheft bolts because the master was missing from the car they arranged a tow to a place that had one.
Went out of their way to help
