Franklin Trees

Awesome professional service. Franklin Trees pruned trees that had grown close to power lines on our property. They dealt with difficult terrain, fence lines and tricky access as well as with the overhead power lines. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to leave things as tidy as possible. Great to communicate with throughout the job. We had to wait a few months to get them on site as they are really busy but they were honest about timelines right from the start. Other companies had been out to see the site and said they couldn't deal with it. We would use Franklin Trees again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys.

Have tried using this company for managing dangerous trees overhanging high voltage lines. They are very poor communicators and do not return calls or provide the follow up as they promise. Asked if i should just take business elsewhere after approx 2 months of non-follow up or communication. Yes was the answer. They quite simply just do not care. Stay away from this company, far better providers on the market. Rude and unprofessional.

These people have hearts of gold. Went above and beyond the call of duty to rescue a kitten after normal working hours. Kitten has been stuck in a tree for 4 days and no one could get to it, not even the fire dept. These people got the job done. I'm sure their other services must be good too.

I have recently had dealingswith this company in relation to there role as a contractor for Powerco in relation to a tree growing towards powerlines'
The staff member concerned was arrogant, unprofessional, did not have Identification and did not appear to have any understanding of my rights under the relevant legislation.
A most unsatisfactory company to deal with

Very unprofessional and rude workers. Do not use their services.
They don't have simple knowledge how to speak with customers and have very, very low standards of work. If you really wish someone to ruin your day you can choose Franklin Trees.
