Dr Tracy was able to see me and Zelda (cat) promptly. She was great with both Zelda and I and communicated clearly with me about Zelda's condition.

The vet is pleasant calm & friendly our shy cat dislikes noise & prefers this vet to past ones where we lived previously, which were lovely but too loud for her. The clinic is easy to get to.

The staff are always so helpful. I always feel like my dog is getting the best care possible

Always greeted with a smile by the wonderful and friendly receptionists. The vets are caring and don’t rush you. I can usually get one of my dogs in on the same or next day.

Best doctors and nurses. Dr. Nick is the best vet. All my cats are well taken care of by him and his team for 21 years now. I am thankful.

Considerate care, clear explanations and pragmatic approach from Nick. Oh and lots of treats from the frontline staff.

Everyone is really friendly and Nick is a great vet. He is also very informative and great with my animals.

Even though I was a bit late my cat Sammy got seen straight away, everthing was explained in laymens language and so was easily understood. Excellent service.

Awesome customer service and the doctor was great at checking out my puppy and suggesting the best care for him.

So I go to another vet who fixes problem right in front of me free of charge so paid him cash n left

The so called owner is a peice of work absolute waste of time

Franklin vets are great. Great service. Animals are well looked after. I've always been fully informed on my animal at the time so I can make the right decision for my loved one.

They gave our slot to someone else.
I booked on the phone and when I was confirming the date and time, they said they don't have the booking.next available slot was two days later not on the day.

I've been part of a lot of different vets and this one trumps them all so far! The best, nicest staff.

Had my old sick cat put to sleep. Christina is AMAZING. CANT speak highly enough of her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

Sadly we had to have our old dog put down today, Nick and Kerrie and the other staff were so kind and considerate to us at this difficult time in our much loved pet's life. Bonnie loved visiting the ladies at Franklin Vets and all the attention she received there.

What an amazing cinic, our old girl had a turn while at the bach, they had no problem seeing her even though its not our regular vet. Shenade was so lovely, as was the lady on reception. Waiuku is soo lucky to have such a great cinic and we are very grateful to them.

Offered to fit us in and help us with our dog for support within a day due to moving timeframes when our own vet could not help for days.

Were friendly and helpful to help solve the matter and made us feel valued even being new to their business. If we were not moving we would have moved our pets to them.

Franklin Vets Waiuku and Pukekohe are very helpful and friendly, especially for a first time dog owner
