Staff are always friendly, helpful and caring. I took Mr Smiley (cat) to the vet in the afternoon feeling quite miserable with a painful leg. By the next morning Mr Smiley was smiling again.

I have been using franklin vets for years now always great care and very compassionate when dealing with loss of animals and great general service

Franklin Vets were very helpful when we needed some vet care for our working dog. We rang them and they told us to come in straight away. They were very helpful and caring, and explained everything to us.

Went in for a quote for my kitten, they were very friendly and helpful. Bit expensive but at least i can trust that they are trained professionals and they're always there if you have any questions and need advice. They have a mini store inside so you can buy all of your necessities there if you haven't already, as well as toys and treats and info books/pamphlets. Lots of parking there too.

We've had issues with James our cat for about a year and the Vets were very professional treating him. Unfortunately, we recently let James go to sleep which was the biggest heart break we've ever had. Even with the very sad experience, we will still choose Franklin Vets. The Veterinarian's were very patient and kind. Thank you again and we hope you will see us again for Ru (James older brother) for vaccinations etc:)

Amazing team who helped our dog even though she isn't a normal patient. So caring and really appreciated their help.

Despite being really busy, they are always accommodating with fitting your pet in for appointments. Good customer service from the front desk and vet nurse ladies.

Franklin Vets disappointed me with their lack of communication at my dogs recent follow-up visit. They had her for an hour, when I picked her up the vet nurse said the vet would call me later. After waiting two days I called them and the result was a phone call that both of us missed at 7pm and a short email with no real recommendations as to how to treat her eye condition. I've sent an email to the vet with my questions but had no reply at this point.

So much compassion and respect from this team, when my beloved cat was suffering advanced liver disease and had to be put to rest. They communicated clearly yet gently, and handled both the awkward logistics and my family's grief with professionalism and patience. They made a tragic time that much more manageable, and even sent a beautiful condolence card afterwards. 100% recommend bringing your pet/s here for trustworthy and comforting care

Was there to get my cat put down, vet Melissa was thoroughly professional and reassured me thruout this terrible process.nurses and staff very helpful and understanding.

Have just recently moved to franklin area. Had a dog that needed major surgery and they have done followups beautifully no extra charge and luckily for us they have a brilliant surgeon there. Very busy vets but everyone is lovely and professional.

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly team. Great communication from everyone I've dealt with so far. Only downside is that they are quite busy, so would advise booking appointments well in advance.
