We had some Forte timber flooring laid in our villa which required some very intricate work and Phil and his team did a wonderful job. We also had some matching timber on the walls in the library and Phil saved the day with some beautiful matching timber edges which he created from scratch. Nothing was too much trouble and we were thrilled with the end result.

We used Freedom Flooring to supply a wooden floor for our apartment and found their services excellent and supportive f our needs. Would certainly use them again.

I am completing a renovation inside and after working through a range of companies I selected Freedom Flooring. Phil, Lorraine and the team are excellent to deal with and provided a floor that is stunning. The new furniture is arriving and the floor is even more starting to shine! The communication, quality workmanship, and generally nice people made the process flow easily!

This company was recommended by our builder as he has used them before. I found them very easy to deal with and they took the time to show me all of the options available along with samples. There was a very large time gap between my initial visit and asking them to go ahead which fortunately wasn't a big problem for these guys. They just rocked up and installed it. We had a small problem but they fixed that immediately.

Phil is a legend to deal with and I couldn't be happier with the result. I changed my mind on the stain half way through and the guys didn't even batter an eye got straight to re-sanding and the end result was better than I ever expected. 100% would recommend these guys again. The fella doing mine in particular - an absolute artist at his craft.

I Would recommend Freedom flooring to others looking for a quality flooring Solution

After having our American Oak flooring down for only a few years we noticed issues with the sealant that was applied to the floor. The wood started straining and cracking as soon as it got wet. Called the company to alert them to the issue. The guy that came out was rude and told me to make an insurance claim. I should not need to do this because the sealant on the floor should have been durable for its purpose in the kitchen.
We have since had similar floors installed by another company with no issues.
After only five years my floors need a total resand.
Unfortunately this company's reply to my review is not factual. We did not have a hot water cylinder leak at all (we don't even have a hot water cylinder!). The marks are caused by everyday water drops from washing hands and dropping a little water on the way to get a towel, walking in on damp shoes, dropping a cup of tea etc. This company's response to my review is further proof of their lack of integrity. Their reply is factually inaccurate and deceptive.
Poor quality product, no warranty support, rude customer service. Do not recommend.
