Wow, what a find! Simple fare for a light finger dinner. Fantastic service both behind the counter and at table.highly recommend as a catch up venue after work

Prices are really competitive, and the drinks wre ice cold.

Awsome place well recommended considering it was my birthday n wedding day we had booked in too bar thirty one couple doors down and was very disappointed with the service we recieved and he was the manager so we got a refund and walked down too freeman and grey only 1 worker on at the time and 18 of us and the service was just amazing too accommodate us all at the last minute thankyou so much Jordan for your awsome hospitality we will definitely be back again

Was told the kitchen was closed at 8: 30 when it is supposed to be open till 9 so that sucked. Drinks and staff were cool though.

After a rough time organising the space via email with head office, we were further unsatisfied with the outcome of our event especially service and mixed communication

- a delay and disorganisation with the music set up
- the food wasn’t even prepared when we requested it to come out. The kitchen had no idea as there was no communication from head office to then prior. They food came out very late.
- we received mixed messages throughout the night about using tab and about surcharges as we had our event on a public holiday and weren’t informed of the surcharges til close to the event!

Overall disappointing. We had a bad gut feeling before the event and weren’t wrong. They apologised but truly don’t seem to have any empathy or sene to compensate us for the havoc.

Really disappointed in our experience. Was recommended this place to host a surprise party. Booked well in advance, and had emailed a food order the day before as we had a party of 12. On the day, just to double check staff were aware of the pre-order we made, we were told that only a few items were available on the day. Slightly disappointed, but understood they may have ran out of ingredients so we changed our order. When the food started coming out, we were getting confused as it wasn't what we had changed our order too, however it turns out that the initial pre-order I made was available and they had prepared this but we were not notified. Further, there was only one bartender to serve the whole downstairs so felt bad as he was quite busy.

Due to the confusion with the order, we were charged for an additional dish that did not come out. When I mentioned this, the manager said that it did come out but later on in the night so I just paid the fee to avoid the hassle. The guests later confirmed with me that this dish never came out, and when I emailed the manager to sort this, they said they would look to refund. I have followed up twice now and have been waiting 2 weeks, but have not heard a reply. Just really disappointed with all the stress/confusion on the night and then trying to sort out a simple refund is being dragged out.

This place is absolutely fantastic, come here with some friends for amazing cocktails custom made to what you feel like/flavors you like or order a standard off the menu cocktail.

On Ponsonby Rd it is easily accessible from all locations.

Upstairs Venue was great for a function but service on the night abysmal. I know staff are short but when you have three staff downstairs serving 12 customers and one person upstairs serving 80, just poorly managed. Lights in toilets not working, tables dirty. Function manager no where to be seen. Expected more.

What's not to love about $5 pizza, the service is slow but that just gives you a chance to spend more on the beer.

Popped by to watch the all blacks game. The venue itself was lovely, great prices for food and drinks. The only fault were the toilets. The female toilets were absolutely vile and this was only at 7pm at night. The toilets didn’t flush and were clogged with toilet paper. My partner said the mens weren’t any better. It’s a shame because at the end of the night the state of the toilets is all that j remember.

It’s a good place to chill out with friends, enjoy decent pizza at a great price with a couple of drinks.

On saturday's evening you can get the $12 dollar pizza for only $5 dollars each. You can order wine, beer, cola, coffee and other drinks. Sometimes might take a while to have your order ready, but you can enyoy the music and the chatering with your friends. They have a really nice staff too.

Ordered 5 pizzas and waited 45 minutes before asking about our pizzas and then we're told that the wait will be quite long today as there is only 1 oven working. Would be preferable to know before hand.

Love this place. Great location and great food. Love the décor of the dining area. The open Streak sandwich is really good.

We had a party of 15 people on a Friday night and the kitchen was closed at 8: 30 with no prior warning given to the table, the waiting staff was were very nice but that’s the only nice thing I can say. Would not go again

Came here for an early dinner on a really nice day. There's a good amount of outdoor seating to enjoy sunny weather. Also, the pizza deal ($5 for any pizza between 5 and 7: 30) is amazing! There are a lot of different pizzas. The ones I had were great! Would definitely come back here when I'm in the area.

No license for under 18s. Unfortunately this is shown as a restaurant and bar. But could take a group of 16 year olds for dinner at 6.15pm with 2 adults there with them. Very rude staff.

Happy hour pizzas only $5 and easy to share or buy a few. Decent place for a drink or a celebration.

Had a celebration here with friends one weekend and it was FANTASTIC! Their pizzas were a hit, complemented with a lot of drinks and bar food options (the calamari was my favourite), staff was super friendly and accommodating (especially one of the ladies serving our table and the manager that night), ambience and music were fun and casual.

Basically, love everything about that night! Highly recommended and will definitely be back

Despite having a wonderful time last year this place has sunk to a low that means you should NOT go there. With wonderful Bars either side this place is now a last resort. If you want to be spat on by yobos from the first floor and treated rudely by bar staff this is your place. When I complained to the duty Manager he was totally innefectual. We were told that you couldnt order cocktails after 9pm because they took too long to make. There is a reason this place is like a Ghost town nightly. Just dont go! (last year) We had a wonderful evening here. The drinks were awesome (check out the Long Island iced tea) and the staff friendly and welcoming. The bar provided everything we could want for a winter celebration. Support this business they are doing a great job.
