Rems at customer service was very responsive, prompt, and patient from our very first enquiry right through until despatch, and the depot staff at Otara were kind and understanding when a car accident prevented us from delivering our goods on time.
All communication was excellent.

We can't recommend Freight Plus highly enough, especially given that our precious pallet load was delivered safely and quickly from Auckland to Queenstown, right to the door.

I can't thank the team at Freight Plus enough!
From the very 1st email I sent, the team were extremely helpful and super efficient at responding to all my questions.

We were let down at the last minute, by another freight company who had offered to sponsor trauma packs, to the children affected by the floods in Westport. Freight Plus were only too happy to jump in and help us out.

Although to Freight Plus this is all part of the job, I really want to let the team know, that because you came to our rescue, there will be at least another 100 children who will have something to comfort them, when they may have lost all of their possessions and treasures, when the floods destroyed their homes.

I was super impressed with how quickly they got to Nelson once they were picked up from Taranaki, but the fantastic service didn't stop there! It was due to rain in Nelson when they were being delivered, and we were worried they would get ruined.
Freight Plus came to the rescue again and delivered them later when our Coordinator was home from work.

I know for your team, this is probably the usual way you conduct business, but I really think you all deserve the thanks. If I could shout you all morning tea, I would.

Good, however, when I asked them to not deliver to the house because I would be away they said wouldn’t and I could pick it up at the depo, but they proceeded to deliver anyway, and some of my books got wet from the rain. They also promised to pack it with bubble wrap- they didn’t do that either.
