I’m not sure why there are so many reviews complaining about the attitude of the people working there. We were really well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate on recommending them to others.

This is my first experience of buying a car directly from a dealer, rather than via friends and family.

The team at Frontline were all great - non pushy and very informative - keeping me updated via text (my prefered choice due to my job).

Also great knowledge on the cars they are selling taking me over my final purchases to ensure I was comfortable on what ever button and level did as well as what was under the bonnet.

Would highly recommend them and will use them again if they have the vehicle I want again.

Great personal customer service. Oh and I love my car.

Excellent experience of purchasing a car from Frontline Cars - both the owners go above and beyond to make the process seamless.

We came from Hamilton after going to a few places and are so glad that we did make the purchase through them. No only is their communication thorough but they are extremely genuine and patient (first time around we visited with two kids under 3 to see the car)
Their staff also spent a good amount of time with us in showing us how to set up the stereo, Bluetooth and other features in the car - which helped us confidently drive the car back home.

We will be surely going back to get our next car from them:)

If you're thinking about buying a new car.do not even bother with this place. They claim that they set their prices at the 'best' price, however, there are neighbouring dealerships that sell better cars for lower prices.offered them a reasonable offer of 12.5 instead of 13 for a car.and they arrogantly rejected not even giving me the time of day (so disrespectful). Don't even get me started on the ridiculous prices for on road costs. Most places I looked at charged 300 including 3 months warranty UNLIKE this place that was $600 and an additional price for warranty. Had a terrible experience.after reading more reviews I'm glad I didn't purchase my car from here.

I had decided to buy a Mazda 3 and shortlisted various dealers. What I quickly discovered was that cars advertised by the bigger guys were overpriced and in less than optimal condition. Some dealers hadn't even bothered to give their cars a basic clean. Some cars were ex-rentals, with dents and chips. Ex-fleet cars had pen marks from children scrawling on the upholstery.

Frontline Cars was different. This is a small family-run outfit that take pride in carefully selecting their cars and then making sure they're in showroom condition. They make sure any small, niggly problems are fixed. The pricing is extremely sharp, and so there's no need to haggle, which is what they request. Notice that negative reviews are usually from people who ignored this request and tried to haggle.

You'll get a quality car here at an extremely competitive price. Just honour their request not to haggle, and you'll walk away with a delightful experience and a great car.

"Negotiation" is a Bad Word for them. If you want to spell Negotiation, you need to have Cash on their Table. First time I felt bad on my Car Hunt.

Very arrogant and rude attitude! Don’t even deserve a one star rating. The guy invited us to his office to talk but with a very rude and impolite attitude. He insisted the vehicle’s price is non- negotiable, but he decreased the price secretly online for $1,000! What a dodgy man and his vehicles!

Very happy with my vehicle from here! I bought it at a really good price, car was is excellent condition, low kms and 2015 so quite new! Staff very friendly and even stayed later for me to come and view the car. Highly recommend!

So pleased with my vehicle! Bought a couple weeks ago and couldn’t be happier, has super low kms and at a great price for it to be 2016! Highly recommend super friendly staff.

Very deceptive in the costs, vehicles advertising for $9,999.00, but they were charging $1,050.00 for on road costs. They said that this is for new battery and tyres but this is already on the car so part of car cost. They lure you in with low costs and then charge you a lot for on road costs.

Recently purchased a Mazda from here, very happy with my purchase and the cost of which I acquired the car. In terms of customer service, these guys are top-notch and have a very good understanding of the cars on their yard. Highly recommend them!

Poor customer service. Very rude! Lied about other parties interested in car as after i spoke to him, he told my mum a different story. Did not want to sell to me because i live in chch. I told him he cant discriminate against me because of my location and that i was a paying customer and had as much right to buy the car as someone in auckland. He said he prefers people in auckland because if anything goes wrong with the car its easy to sort out. Isnt that what warranties are for? My conclusion from the experience, the car was likely in a poorer condition than what the advert advertised. He clearly has no faith in his cars. Not trustworthy at all. After reading other reviews, maybe he prefers people to pay him cash.then what? Report the car stolen to claim insurance?

I recently bought my car from here. And being very happy with it so far. A bit cheaper than other places and cars are well presented. I found the guy to be very helpful and informative about the cars he sells. I would go as far to say I would buy my next car from there also.

Pathetic customer service. Seller refused to let us see the car unless we were 100 percent sure of buying it. Appaling phone conversation, kept on asking me whether I had the money to buy the car. He's lucky to have survived in business so far with such poor service, his attitude will take him down soon. And by the way, he has now increased price of the car after receiving interests from buyers, very dodgy!

Great service and communication from Khozem. Was a breeze to deal with and had no issues from him or the vehicle. The car was great quality and happy with the way things were dealt we bought the vehicle. Did not hesitate to answer our questions both khozem and his wife were helpful and friendly and would highly recommend them.

I would say I have never dealt with a arrogant and rude customer like this. ORC is $600 and what is that for normally all normal reasonable dealers charge $300. I knew that some importers change the tyres to a new tyres once it arrive in NZ I asked him if the tyre are new or not and he replied" A car can't come without tyres and if you want to see the condition its on the report in the car" Such an attitude I was surprised, I didn't say anything. I asked him over the phone if the price was negotiable or not he said its non negotiable and he asked if I am paying cash I said yes and so he said we can do something on insurance or so. As soon as I arrived there he was like 'see please respect the floor and you can't bargain here and bla bla bla' I said thanks. We went to a better dealer and bought a latest model and for the price he quoted for. Giving a thumbs down for such rude customers.

I decided not to consider buying from this dealer because of the rude attitude. I made a reasonable offer and even increased my offer but the guy decided to talk to me in a rude manner as if he's the only person selling that car. Poor personality.will never consider buying a car from this yard.
