Fantastic service by Ryan and his team. A pleasure to deal with them all, very welcoming and the job they did on my car was outstanding. Had a partial repaint done on my car and it looks better than new, I'm very happy with the result. Thanks Frost Auto Body team, I certainly recommend them 100%!

Friendly staff, turned around the job quickly, and whilst offering to assist with an issue that was not part of the original job at no extra charge.

I entrusted Ryan Frost / Frost Auto Body with the body work on my 1963 Impala in 2021, which was a very thorough and professional experience. Based on that experience I felt comfortable trusting him with the reassembly stage of my car build after paint - that is where the experience went downhill.

For context to anyone undertaking a classic car build or restoration, my Impala is a 6 figure show car standard build. No expense has been spared (to date).

Frost took delivery of my painted car in January 2022 and undertook to complete the final assembly of all aspects of the car through to completion. Sadly very little work was completed.

12 months later I have removed the car from Frost due to his inability to complete the work in the timeframe given (the car should have been finished to completion for December 2022), in essentially the same state it went to Frost Auto Body - except I am about $12k out of pocket + about another $10k in missing parts. Sadly the work that has been carried out by Frost Auto Body on my Impala in the 12 months they had it is not to the standard of work they had done previously was, and that will also now take additional time and money to remedy.

Upon raising the issues of missing parts and excessive labour charges vs actual work completed after uplifting the car, I have received a terse and unwilling response from Ryan Frost. Not a great way for any business to set about resolving an issue with a client that has spent tens of thousands of dollars with the business.

Unfortunately the losses from Frost Auto Body are so significant I will be seeking legal remedy.

Save yourself time, money and loads of frustration and take your project elsewhere.

I was very happy with the work that was done on my car it was obvious much care had been paid to detail and time was taken. Frost was good to deal with and his work speaks for itself. I would highly recommend his services.
