The rudest lady I have ever dealt with over the phone. Would definitely not recommend using this company

The RUDEST company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The woman over the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere people!

The service provided from online booking to the delivery of service was fast efficient and professional. The Installer was great to have a ropund and knew what he was doing.

We've dealt with James and Anton regularly and find them easy to work with and good communication. The healthy homes assessments are clear and concise.

Brad and a lovely Indian man were amazing! So happy with rangehood, heatpump, fans. Friendly and great service! Give these guys a bonus! Brad is professional and well mannered. He knows his job. Brad is a credit to Gforce.

We had a Carrier heat pump installed a few months ago. Although the price for installation was very reasonable, the service was not completely satisfactory. The initial assessment was poorly communicated to us. As we do not live at the rental unit, we need to drive there to meet with the team. However, when we arrived, no one was there at the scheduled time. We called the office and they said will be late a few hours. As we do not have all day to stand around waiting, we left and came back later, only to find again, no one is there. Apparently they had arrived less late than expected. They had already finished assessment without talking to us. Wasted many hours waiting.

When it came time to install, two workers came, Brad and Brandon. Brad did a fantastic job and did most of the work. Brandon did not do anything well. He forcefully jammed the pipework flat against the wall, causing it to bow out from the wall. When we complained about the poor installation to Brandon, his attitude was horrible and rude. He said "that's just how it is". Then he stormed off in a fit of rage. Extremely unprofessional by Brandon. Brad had to finish everything by himself, with very good quality work by him. If not for Brad, I would give 1 star.

Since posting an original review, the business has responded below and offered spontaneously to reimburse some costs incurred on the heatpump and attend to it's fault.

Accepted a quote on the revised assessment for insulation, sealing repairs, and heatpump.

Insulation happened quickly from memory, but it took many many months to complete the heat pump work. [ EDIT: Granted some delay was COVID related, but not all. ]

Took another YEAR to get the final invoice. [ EDIT: The company has indicated they sent it to the PM, I give benefit of the doubt. ]

Heatpump has already developed a fault which my PM is now having looked at under warranty. [ EDIT: The company has agreeed to attend to this hopefully small issue, and is reimbursing some costs already incurred in it. ]

Finally since this work was done I have become not at all convinced that the assessment was correct [Edit: company has offered to discuss, but it was long ago and I did accept the quote in good faith, so I decline their offer ].

To their due credit they stuck to the quoted price even though there was a lot of extra work.

When getting a healthy homes assessment, it is best to get two opinions.

It is a fantastic experience with G-Force. Great communications with staff, work done neatly and efficiently. They first have done floor insulation and moisture barrier for our rental property, even though the height underneath the floor is limited. The team removed and disposed the old under floor foil. We recommended G-Force to our son, same jobs in his property, the team did it so neatly, at the end they stapled the job sheet on the post, displaying what's been installed, date installed etc. Such a reliable and trustworthy business. Highly recommended!

I had the G-force team install my installation under my home and in the ceiling to meet the Healthy homes requirement. They are professional, work quickly and cleanly and the price was very competitive.

G-Force as it says takes care of all of your solutions to making your home healthy. From Insulation, heating, fire alarms and air conditioning and so much more.
It is a company whose focus is to Certify your entire home as Compliant to the Healthy Homes Standards currently set as law.
The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and are more than happy to take time out to walk you through the processes they have in place. There is a minimal charge to have an assessment done on your property first. From this assessment they will give you a quote of what you need to bring your home up to Compliance Standards.
The final decision is yours of course, which is why the Assessment is carried out first and foremost and the charge is minimal for the work that they do.

Gforce installed extractor fans in both bathrooms. Viraj was very professional and did a good job installing them. He also kept me appraised of his schedule before arriving. He did a nice job of cleaning up afterward.

Fantastic job Team THREE had done for the roof and floor insulation! The height underneath the floor is quite limited while the team still did an amazing job efficiently! Highly recommended!

G Force was recommended to us by friends and i am also recommending them. We have had our home insulated by them and are so pleased we are now awaiting assessment for heat pump through them. Its a bit of a wait but that shows how popular this team is. High praise for their work

We recently had a heatpump installed and I gotta say what a fantastic bunch of people, Fatu was absolutely amazing engaged well and even went out of his way to accommodate us in such a short space of time for a install, and the guy who did our install was also a friendly chap. They were fast efficient and I highly recommend them, I have spent months looking for a reliable company and these guys are top of the class very impressed with the service well done team. Cons:
* Slow email response
* Communication issues among different teams (manager, insulation team, inspection team, accounting team, and customer).

Suggestions:
* Respond to customer emails in a timely manner
* Keep all the teams on the same page for the same job
* Don't promise to customers until you get commitment from relevant teams. You will lose customer trust and damage company image if the team does not appear as promised.
