6We received our lights which were damaged and galaxy lighting wouldn't take responsibility for them. It's a real pity as we really liked the lights and 2 of 3 of them are perfect. We raised it with them explaining how great they were but one has a large dent and if they could get one of the lights replaced and they wouldn't help. Check your lights when you get them pre install everyone as I believe this companies customer service and responsibility is poor.
Buying a price tag $800~1500 light for a house entry was not like buying anything in fruit & vegie shop, I hoped sales in the shop with knowledge of lighting in science and experience of light-fitting, could help on making a purchasing.
But no any kind of assistance. Really, I felt wasting time on this only but never visit. Especially on Saturday.
They don't have stock or any thing that reasonable prices, it like they importing stuff to get rich quick, some of their stuff u get on aliExpress and it cheaper than them and it comes from their country.there some of their lights in the shop and very very expensive.don't even look at people when they walk in his store
There other lights places and they have stock and they professionals and greet and ask if u need help or look for any thing In place.
We purchased a bathroom mirror (1200mm) light a year ago for our new house. It arrived well packed. Our light is still working with no issues. The light we bought is not only pretty and stylish but it also makes our bathroom bright. It particularly provides a good lighting for any time of the day for personal grooming and putting make-up. Huge store. So many different Designer lights, most of them are from China but the top quality materials. If you are Developing or renovating the property then you should visit this place. Plenty of parking is available for loading trucks and Vans. Most of my developers buy from here.
